As of May 2015 MECHANICAL ENGINEER   Male, 22-29 years of age Licensed / Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course from a reputable university or college with good scholastic records     With at least one (1) year exposure in high-rise building construction (residential / commercial projects) Knowledgeable in Quantity Surveying Driven to exceed expectations, willing to go an extra mile and with high sense of urgency Proficient in Computer Aided Design Software Duties and Responsibilities:  Monitors and supervises Mechanical Construction Works based on plans  Assist the Supervisor in evaluation of proposals from contractors  Preparation of cost estimates  Hired candidates will handle Job Site Inspection of high building construction  Will manage and supervise contractors, from construction stage to building turn-over  Will handle Job Site Inspection of high building construction.  Ensures project completion within allowed time table; sees to it that plans & specifications are met.
