Fingerprinting/Background Check Procedures
Appointments:

Call the Human Resources Department, 386-586-2391 between the hours of 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Monday thru Thursday. (Excluding holiday & district closings)
Employees, Interns & Volunteers:

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Money Order (Made Payable to Cogent Systems) in
the amount of $52.75
Contractors:

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card or Money Order in the amount of $76.75

A new page will open up and employees will have to click Register Online
On the registration form, employees will need to fill out all the highlighted information including their
social security number which is not highlighted.
* For county, make sure you select Flagler
*CRI Literal:

Volunteers must select FL931190Z

All Employees, Coaches & Interns must select FL931191Z

Contractors must select FL931192Z
When finished, click next to verify all information and make sure it’s all correct.
If paying with a Credit/Debit Card, you will continue on for the payment process.
When completed with registration, make sure you bring your receipt with you for fingerprinting.
How we check for clearance: Vendors/Contractors
It normally takes three to five business days for fingerprint results to get to Human
Resources. Please call the Human Resources Department for status of clearance. If the
results come sooner, the appropriate office will be contacted via phone or email.
*A valid badge issued through the Flagler County Schools Human Resources is required to be
on school grounds.
