Log onto www.humanavitality.com or complete your Health Assessment on the HumanaVitality Mobile App. The App is available in the App Store or on Google play. Q: What are Vitality Points? A: Vitality Points are earned by completing goals and activities, and are used to measure your participation in HumanaVitality. Complete a Vitality Check and earn up to 2000 additional points for in-range results of the Vitality Check. Measurements for the Vitality Check are: BMI– Body Mass Index Blood Pressure Blood Glucose Cholesterol SET RECOMMEND GOALS HumanaVitality will recommend goals based on the results of your Health Assessment and Vitality Check. Set the recommended goals and earn the predetermined Vitality Points once a goal is completed. Earn 15 each day you complete a verified workout. 10,000 steps Workout at a Partner Gym – The Lifestyle Fitness Center Maintain your target heart rate for 30 minutes of a one-hour workout Participate in a sponsored athletic event; 5K,10K or marathon There are many more ways to earn Vitality Points. A: Members can track points on the HumanaVitality tab on the My Humana home page. It’s easy to navigate. GREEK YOGURT MERINGUE WITH BERRIES Ingredients: • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt • 1 cup broken meringue cookies • 1 cup frozen mixed berries • Fresh mint Preparation: • Place Greek yogurt in a bowl with a lid • Stir in crushed meringue cookies. Reserve one tablespoon to sprinkle on top. • Seal bowl with lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes. • Drain berries. • Spoon yogurt evenly into individual bowls and top with berries.
