The undersigned hereby agrees to release and hold Dark Hour Haunted House, its employees,
officers, and agents harmless from any liability in connection with the handling and exhibition of
the artwork while it is in storage and on display at Dark Hour.
Anyone handling the art will exercise the same care and standards as any professional art exhibit
of museum quality and will maximum safekeeping will be observed.
Dark Hour will receive a 10% commission fee for any art sold at this event.
