Brooklyn Bulletin Wall Salon Exhibition
AG Gallery will open its wall spaces for the Brooklyn Artists this early summer to show our support to
the local artists. This is a build-up type exhibition, first-come, first-saved. If the walls are filled with
artworks before the artwork submission period, the submissions will be closed before the period.

Established in 2004, AG Gallery has been recognized for supporting aspiring oversea artists working
on various mediums to present their works in Brooklyn, NY.
Eligibility and Submission Requirements
All Brooklyn Artists are eligible to submit to this exhibition.

Who is the BROOKLYN ARTISTS in this show?
Artists who is going to walk-in and drop off of their work to our gallery.
*No Submission used any shipping company or delivery service is accepted for this exhibition.

Early Submission Guidelines
The early submissions take place before the general submission. Accepted artists are able to exhibit up
to 3 artworks with early submission.

Submission Period: Jun 1 – Jun 19, 5:00 p.m.
Submission Fee:
A $30.00 Nonrefundable Submission Fee* (This includes artwork registration fees.)
*The submission fee must be paid via PayPal by the time of artwork submission via e-mail, for the
submission to be reviewed.

1) Go to PayPal account and complete a payment of $30.00 to [email protected]
!
2) Submit jpeg images of up to 3 artworks or a link to your website to: [email protected]
Please indicate the e-mail address of the Paypal account that used to pay the submission fee.

3) All early submission artist will receive an e-mail notifying their entry result by 9 p.m. Jun 19, 2015.

4) All artist whose work is accepted to the show must drop off their work by Jun 22, 2015, 7 p.m.

*Some of the Early Submission Benefit:
-The gallery curator will personally review each submission and all submission will receive a personal e-mail with the entry
result. Gallery also may contact the artists with future exhibition opportunities.
-Artworks from early submission artists might be introduced on gallery blogs, on the social medias, or in newsletters.
-Artist whose work is accepted into the show will to chose exhibition wall space from 6 walls before the general
submissions take place. This benefits also is first-come, first-served within the early submissions. Artists accepted must drop
off their works by Jun 22 before the walk-ins submission.

Artwork Guidelines
1) Artwork must be no larger than 50” when combined 3 dimensions (height/ wide/ depth).
2) All artwork must be a finished work.
3) Artwork must be ready to hang. No artwork that cannot be hanged on wall is accepted for this show.
4) Each art work must be submitted with artist name, title, and price on the back.
5) All accepted artworks should be delivered to the gallery directly by the artist.

*The submission guideline for general submission will be officially announced after the early
submission period.

-Artwork Pick Up: July 6 – July 12, 2015*
*All artist is responsible to make an appointment after the closing of exhibition for the artwork pick up.
