Tournament is played under FIBA rules…
SYSTEM OF COMPETITION…Groups of 4 teams play against each other 3 group games…matches
for 7th place 4 with4…matches for 5th place 3 with 3 Matches for
3rd place 2 with 2…matches for 1st place 1 with 1…
PLAYING TIME ...4x8 min/4×10 min without stopping the clock… during time-outs stops
time… the last two minutes of the game stops time…15 min warming…
5 min half-time…extensions 2 min…
U13…U12…U11…U10...in the first quarter game 5 players + 1 substitution…in the secund
quarter new 5 players + 1 substitution…in the third and fourth quarter
