The Prez sez…
THE OLD PREZ SEZ
This writing will be my last as your “Worthy Prez”. For the
past eight years, I have had the pleasure to hold this office!
Working alongside good people to bring this Aerie to where
she is today has been not only a pleasure, but a privilege!
To all the officers, past and present, thank you for all you have
done and continue to do! Without your help and support, I
would’ve gotten nowhere!
Hopefully, I have at least fulfilled my Obligations with the
memberships blessing!
I have always tried to be fair and just. Learning along the way
helped me grow as the years started to accumulate. It is strange
to think that this much time has passed.
But, alas, it is time to accept a new challenge as you “Past
Worthy Prez”. I will, to the best of my ability, maintain the
same level of standard you have come to expect!
Officers and members, may I present to you Danny “Gripper”
Griggs as your New “Worthy Prez”! Hopefully, you will offer
him the same respect and support you have shown me! I have
full confidence in Gripper and know he will achieve all he sets
out to accomplish in his term as your “Prez”! Congratulations
Danny!!
Mostly, I have written and have had some message or point to
get across! I have had many compliments over the years and
thank you readers! Then I feel as it’s been worth writing if you
are at least paying attention. Basically, to be ban Eagle takes
simple truths and values acted upon daily. If we keep in mind
how precious this one chance is, we all have to make the difference in this would, we all win!

The Madam Prez sez…
Thank goodness summer is finally here! Hope everyone has a
very safe and wonderful summer!
Special thanks to Dan Tony for all of his hard work around the
club! Ha has been painting doors and taking care of several
other projects! Please take the time to say thank you to Dan
when you see him. It’s so nice to have he, Ronnie Fromwiller
and Jayne Jacot who take care of the yard and keep it looking so
nice!
June is a very exciting month for our club, as Jerry Crosby will
be installed as our new State President during state convention.
We are so very proud of Jerry and honored to have him represent Davison!
June 27th, we will be hosting the district 4 picnic at our club.
Please bring a dish to pass. Hot dogs and burgers provided.
There will be games and prizes for kids and raffles and a family
fun softball game! Please come out for a fun filled day!!!
Make sure you check your newsletter each month to see what
is going on over the summer! Hope to see you soon!!!
