Our Po-Boys are served on Leidenheimer Brother’s French Bread who are
the inventors of the Po-Boy sandwich. They created the sandwich to help
feed their fellow cable car operators during a strike in New Orleans many
years ago. Saying “Here comes another Poor Boy” when they came to
their bakery for the 10 cents sandwich.
