Terms & Conditions
1.
The promoter is Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre.
2.
The Dee Why Grand Easter promotion runs from 9am Monday 23rd March to 5pm Monday 6th April.
3.
To enter the competition simply spend $20 at any participating specialty retailer to receive an
entry form and tell us in 25 words or less, “What you love about Easter the most?”.
4.
Participating specialty retailers include Bakers Delight, Cabana Pizzaria, Caesar Ceramics,
Costi’s Fish Café, Craig Cook Butcher, Crossroads, Donut King, EB Games, Harris Farm Markets,
Home & Giving, Hot Dollar, Magic Elbow Massage, Michel’s Patisserie, Miga Sushi, Millers,
Mister Minit, Vodafone Mo’s Mobile, Natural Nails, OPSM, Phone Mechanic, Pitanga, Priceline
Pharmacy, Prodigy, and Time for Thai.
5.
A total of 5,000 entry forms will be printed for in-centre which will be allocated between retailers.
6.
A total of 20,097 free entry flyers will be distributed to the local area via letterbox drop. Only one entry
per person per household may enter.
7.
The entry barrel will be located near the food court at Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre.
8.
The competition is open to Australian residents.
9.
Employees of Dee Why Grand including retailers, tenants, Centre Management staff,
contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
10.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
11.
Centre Management will make the final decision on the winners based on the written answers.
12.
Dee Why Grand is not responsible for any lost or late entries.
13.
The most impressive answers will be selected as winners on Friday 10th April 2015.
14.
There will be a total of 20 x $50 Coles gift cards and each winning entry will win one $50 gift card.
15.
Winners will be notified via email and/or mail and all contact details must be completed on the
entry form to make it an eligible entry. If the prize has not been collected within 14 days, or no
contact has been made from winning entry a re-draw will occur on the 24th April and the redraw
winners will be contacted via email and or mail. No further redraws will be made.
16.
Winning entries will be required to pick up their winning gift card from the centre management
office during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
17.
Centre Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18.
If you do not wish to receive further correspondence from Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre
please ensure you tick the box at the bottom of the entry form.
