Grand Court will be opened at 11.00 am punctually and brethren are requested to take their seats not later than 10.40 am. All Brethren are requested to sign the Attendance Sheet located in the appropriate Robing Room. The meeting will be followed by Luncheon at approximately 13.15 pm and all Brethren whether intending to take luncheon or not, must register directly with the Deputy Grand Secretary not later than the 10th October 2014 on the attached form, enclosing full payment. Telephone or email applications will not be accepted and applications received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed places in the Temple or at the luncheon.
