Pull starts at 6 P.M. in the Horse Show Ring.
This competition open to all members of the NYS
Draft Horse Pullers Association, Inc. ONLY.
This contest will run under the rules of the NYS
Draft Horse Pullers Association, Inc.
NYS Vet will be doing random blood testing of
horses at the end of this contest.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
ALL HORSES PRESENT ON THE
FAIRGROUNDS, WHETHER
ENTERED IN EVENTS OR NOT,
MUST HAVE PROOF OF A
NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST AS
REQUIRED BY N.Y.S. DEPT. OF
AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS
LAW STANDARDS PARTS 350.
PROOF OF RABIES VACCINATION
IS ALSO REQUIRED. PAPERS
WILL BE CHECKED AT THE
GATE UPON ARRIVAL.
The chairperson and the secretary reserve the right
to use their discretion to interpret the conditions
and regulations of entries in the Draft Horse
Department. Also to refuse and to cancel any
entries, disqualify exhibitors, prohibit exhibition
of entries and cancel awards of prizes, as they may
deem appropriate. All entries are made subject to
the rules printed in the front of this book.
