BEFORE YOU COME: D ownload the Eventbrite app (free) and your tickets will reside on your phone OR Print out the tickets that were emailed to you when you ordered them. **DELuxe EXPERIENCE PATRONS PROCEED STRAIGHT TO FAIRGROUNDS** Multi-Day Ticket Holders – Arrival Information The main box office, where you will exchange tickets for a wristband and your parking pass for a decal, will be located approximately 6.5 miles from DelFest. You must stop here first before proceeding to the festival if you are a multi-day ticket holder. Directions from I-68 are below. Directions: To the Box Office – Allegany College of Maryland Continuing Education Building 12401 Willowbrook Rd., Cumberland, MD From I-68 heading West: ● Take exit 44 for US-40 Alt/Baltimore Ave./Willow Brook Road ● Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Greenway Ave. ● Turn left onto MD-639 E/Willowbrook Rd. ● Continuing Education Building will be on the left From I-68 heading East: ● Take exit 44 for US-40 Alt/Baltimore Ave./Willowbrook Road ● Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Greenway Ave. Stadium/Allegany College of MD and merge onto MD-639 E/Willowbrook Rd. ● Merge onto MD-639 E/Willowbrook Rd. ● Continuing Education Building will be on the left NOTE: DELuxe Experience customers DO NOT check in at the off-site box office. Please proceed to the fairgrounds to check in. Box Office Hours: ALL TICKET HOLDERS (EXCEPT DELUXE EXPERIENCE) MUST GO HERE FIRST TO GET A WRISTBAND Thursday, May 21: 10:00am - 1:30am **Festival gates open 10:30am Thursday, May 21** Friday, May 22: 8:00am - 1:30am Saturday, May 23: 9:00am - 10:00pm Sunday, May 24: 9:00am - 7:00pm **Sunday box office will be at the fairgrounds** Parking: Parking is NOT included with your festival pass. Each vehicle parking on-site at DelFest must purchase a parking pass ($50) online at DelFest.com . Redeem your parking pass for a decal at the main box office or purchase one there (while supplies last). Off-site parking with shuttles will be available as well ($20). We strongly encourage carpooling! Vehicles may leave and re-enter the campground with no additional fee, but are not guaranteed to return to the same spot. We appreciate your cooperation by limiting vehicular traffic in the campgrounds. If the total length of your vehicle plus anything that’s attached to it is 18′ or longer, it is considered an RV and must have an RV Pass or RV Dry Pass to park on-site. Accessible Parking: Patrons with a valid, state-issued accessible parking placard or tag must purchase the appropriate parking pass in order to park on-site. Upon arrival, show the parking attendant your Parking Pass and valid accessible placard and you will be directed to our Accessible Camping, centrally located within the fairgrounds and in close proximity to accessible bathhouses. Directions: to DelFest - Allegany County Fairgrounds 11490 Moss Ave., Cumberland, MD 21501 To Fairgrounds: Option 1 – Head northwest on MD-639 W/Willowbrook Rd toward Leslie Ln. Turn left to merge onto I-68 W/US-220 S. Take exit 42 for US-220 S/Greene Street toward Mc Coole/Keyser WV. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-220 S/Fairgrounds and merge onto US-220 S/Greene St. Turn left onto Moss Ave. To Fairgrounds: Option 2 – Easier right turn onto Moss Ave. - Head northwest on MD-639 W/Willowbrook Rd toward Leslie Ln. Turn left to merge onto I-68 W/US-220 S. Exit 40 merge onto Vocke Rd. Turn left on MD-53 S/Winchester Rd. Turn left at US-220 N. Turn right at Moss Ave. To Off-site Parking - Take exit 42 for US-220 S/Greene Street toward McCoole/Keyser WV. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-220 S/Fairgrounds and merge onto US-220 S/Greene St. Continue to follow US-220 S. Turn left onto Darrows Lane. Turn left on Knobley View Ave. Camping: Camping is included with all multi-day tickets and is designated on a first come, first served basis. The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets. We have a designated area for Family Camp, which is expected to be somewhat quieter at night and louder in the morning. If you've got little ones in tow and you are interested in camping in Family Camp, let the parking attendants know and you’ll be pointed in the right direction. The campground opens for 4-day Pass holders at 10:30pm on Thursday, May 21. The gates open at 8AM Friday, May 22 for Fri - Sunday Pass holders. Festival Guidelines: We are committed to fostering a relaxed atmosphere, but there are certain guidelines you must abide by in order to ensure a safe and fun festival for everyone. ● Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots ( licensed ADA assistants excepted ). This will be strictly enforced. ● No fireworks or sky lanterns. ● No drum circles or amplified music from 11pm - 11am. ● Personal campfires are permitted if you bring your own fire pit or fire ring and fire extinguisher. You are required to clean up the fire area and appropriately dispose of all debris before leaving. Please practice fire safety. ● No cans, bottles, kegs, jugs (except water) or chairs higher than 18" permitted on the music meadow. ● For safety reasons, no Frisbee throwing in the music meadow. ● All personal possessions must be removed from the music meadow after each night's performance. ● No unauthorized vending - if you're not a registered vendor you cannot sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. ● Audience and radio taping only (no soundboard patches). ● No video recording, or drone photography of any performances. ● No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs). Festival goers must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG SALES tolerated anywhere on the festival site or annexed properties. Anyone caught selling or distributing illicit substances will immediately have their wristband cut and be ejected from the festival. Further legal repercussions are likely. Your cooperation is essential to the festival's future. We cannot over-emphasize this.
