Single-Day Arrival Information Thank you for choosing to be with us at the 8th Annual DelFest. Please take a moment to review this arrival information for single day pass holders ONLY. Arrival: All single day pass holders will proceed to the Potomac Valley Athletic Association ballfields at Darrows Lane and Knobley View Avenue in Cumberland, MD. Patrons will park their vehicle and board shuttles to the festival grounds. Parking will cost $5 per day and will be collected at the parking lot, c ash only . Vehicles may not be left overnight in this parking lot. Shuttles are free of charge and will run continuously throughout the day, until 1am. Once you arrive at the festival grounds, you will exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Single Day Box Office located in the front entry circle of the fairgrounds. Single day purchases will also be accommodated at the festival gates. Please note: there is no parking available at the Single Day Box Office. Once you have received your wristband, it's time to let the festivities begin! BEFORE YOU COME: D ownload the Eventbrite app (free) and your tickets will reside on your phone OR print out the tickets that were emailed to you when you ordered them. Directions: To Potomac Valley Athletic Association Ballfields From I-68 W/US-40 E (Pittsburgh, Columbus, etc.) and US-220 Darrows Lane, Cresaptown, MD ● Take exit 40 to merge onto Vocke Rd. ● Turn left onto MD-53 S/Winchester Rd. ● Turn left onto US-220 N/McMullen Hwy. SW ● Turn right onto Darrows Lane ● Turn left on Knobley View Ave. From 1-68 W/US-40 W (Baltimore, DC, etc.) Darrows Lane, Cresaptown, MD ● Take exit 42 for US-220 S/Greene Street toward McCoole/Keyser WV ● Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-220 S/Fairgrounds and merge onto US-220 S/Greene St. ● Continue to follow US-220 S ● Turn left onto Darrows Lane ● Turn left on Knobley View Ave. Single Day Box Office Hours: Thursday: 9am - 10:00pm Friday: 8:30am - 10:00pm Saturday: 9am - 10:00pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm Notes about Single Day Passes: ● Single day passes are valid from the time gates open until 1am. ● Overnight camping is not permitted with a Single Day Pass. To purchase multi-day passes, please visit our ticketing page . ● Single Day Pass holders are NOT allowed access to the Late Night shows. Multi-day wristbands are required. ● Coolers, large food containers, cans, bottles, kegs, jugs (except water) or chairs higher than 18" are not permitted on-site for Single Day Pass holders. Soft insulated "lunch bags" are permitted for baby food, kids' snacks, etc. Festival Guidelines: ● Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots ( licensed ADA assistants excepted ) – this will be strictly enforced. ● No fireworks or sky lanterns. ● No outside alcohol, cans, bottles, coolers, or chairs higher than 18" on the music meadow. ● Small shade structures are permitted in the back 1/3 of the music meadow, must be disassembled and removed after 6pm each evening. ● For safety reasons, no Frisbee throwing in the music meadow. ● No unauthorized vending – if you're not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. ● Audio recording permitted in designated audience tapers section only – no soundboard patches. Audio recording is subject to change per artist request. ● No video recording, or drone photography of any performances. ● No professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses (point and shoots without additional lenses are fine). ● No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs, segways). ● There will be a designated dance-free zone in the music meadow, please be respectful of this area and your neighbors.
