VIDA
Artisanal Mezcal
VIDA is a great sipping & highly mixable
Single Village Mezcal from Del Maguey,
at an introductory price point.
™
“Beautifully crafted and wonderfully complex, it’s hard not to
fall for the Mezcal Vida. Highly
Recommended”.

The Handcrafted Difference
Maguey (Agave): VIDA is made from
100% mature Espadin (sword)
maguey (agave); versus blue agave
used for tequila.
VIDA Tasting Notes
Great sipped and extremely
mixable, with a nose of fruit
aromatics, a hint of honey,
vanilla and roast agave; the
palate offers ginger, cinnamon,
sandalwood, banana and
tangerine, with a long, soft,
smooth finish.
Roasting: Mature maguey (agave)
is slow roasted in stone lined pits
giving the liquid its complex
character, vs. fast steaming often
employed in tequila production.
Recipe
LA BUENA VIDA: Pure VIDA
mezcal, a splash of fresh pineapple, cranberry, and lime juice,
shaken with real agave syrup.
Fermentation: Slowly fermented
in oak tanks with naturally
occurring, organic microclimate
yeasts (in the plant, air and soil),
converting sugars to alcohol.
No chemicals. No comparison:
No accelerators are ever added to
cut down fermentation time and
increase yield as often employed
in tequila production.
