My journey at Louis Vuitton began in 2001, when I was straight out
of school. My first port of call on this industrial voyage was in Drôme,
at the Saint Donat workshop: a particularly rewarding and formative
management experience as Manufacturing Team Lead, which has since
remained a common thread throughout my Louis Vuitton career. PAULO,
Director of the Barbera workshops, Spain
Creativity
Strong interpersonal skills
My journey with Louis Vuitton
began in 2007 in the Southeastern
workshops where I worked as
an intern on quality improvement
and manufacturing optimization.
I was then employed as a lean
manufacturing engineer at the
Issoudun site. This particularly
rewarding experience opened
doors to many areas for me:
technology, lean, quality,
logistics, etc. In 2008, I was
promoted to Cutting Division
Team Lead, managing 25 leather
goods craftsmen to consistently
emulate and achieve high
standards. It was a lovely
experience, rich in personal
relationships that then brought
me across the Atlantic in 2010
to continue my adventure
in San Dimas, California as
Performance Manager at
the after-sales service repairs
workshop. ERWAN,
Component Performance
and Control Manager
