1. Bookings and Deposits:
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed
booking form, along with the deposit of 50% of the tour cost.
2.Balance of Payment:
Full balance of payment is due no later than 90 days before
departure, that is, 21st February 2012.
3. Cancellation of Booking:
Should the client need to cancel their reservation a fee will be
charged to compensate Depth Travel for labour and expenses
undertaken on behalf of the client. Cancellation 90 days or more
prior to departure will incur 50% of the Tour Cost (i.e. The Deposit).
Cancellations that happen less than 90 days before departure will
result in a forfeit of the full tour cost. The tour suppliers may also
charge cancellation fees, which are in addition to the above
mentioned fees, Depth Travel will list full details regarding these
penalties, together with insurance details, which my cover you for
losses such as these.
4. Changes to Tour Prices:
The tour prices are based on airfares and exchange rates at the
date of printing. All relevant airfare increases prior to departure
must be borne by the client. In the event of international currency
fluctuation or changes to the itineray that are required by
unfoctuations circumstances, the tour cost will be adjusted
accordingly. all additional costs, if any must be paid by the client.
Should these changes be unacceptable, the client reserves the
right to cancel the reservation held, subject to the cancellation
charges as detailed in Clause 3 above, Should these changes result
in reduction of the tour cost, the applicable refund will be made.
5. Itineraries and Schedules:
The Depth Travel tours and packages are based on published
airline schedules as well as accommodation, tours, transfer,
cruises, guides, entry fees, dinners or any other services included in
the tour cost are valid at the time of printing. All of these
components are subject to alteration without notice by suppliers.
Consequently, Depth Travel reserves the right to alter, change or
cancel any such components as it deems necessary, at any time, and
without obligation.
6. Unused Tour Services:
Depth Travel will not provide refunds in respect of unused
accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transfers, or any other
services, which are included in the tour cost, but not utilized by
the client.
7. Taxes and Charges:
Airport taxes and charges are included in the tour price subject to
current rates of exchange. Some airport charge as additional fee on
departure, and this is levied on the client directly, and not prepayable by Depth Travel and service providers will also often add
service fees and charges to accounts of a personal nature which are
the responsibility of the client.
8. Tour Inclusions:
All tour components are outlines in the inclusions section of the
relevant tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm which
components are included in the purchased package or tour at the
time of reservation.
9. Tour Exclusions:
Charges for passports; visas; meals not specified in the
Itineraries; beverages; laundry; excess baggage charges; items of
a personal nature; vaccinations and inoculations; any expense in
Australian; expenses for guides and transportations not included in
the Itineraries; INSURANCE COVER; and airport taxes except
specified. Depth Travel will be happy to advise in regard to
obtaining passports, visas, permits and insurance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is recommended that at the time of
reservation you take out travel insurance. The policy you choose
should include: loss of deposits through cancellation; loss of
personal baggage and money; medical expenses; additional
expenses to cover curtailment of your tour whilst overseas and
any unforeseen circumstances. Depth Travel can provide quotes
and full details.

passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or
operated by the transportation companies or firms.

Passage contracts in use by the transportation companies or firms
concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the
transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these
tours and/or passengers. All fees are subject to change without
notice.
Depth Travel reserves the right to amend the land cost of the
tour in the event of foreign exchange fluctuations. Should any
additional charges be involved this shall be billed to the passenger
prior to departure of the tour. The act of signing a completed
Reservation Form, and the issuance and acceptance of receipts,
tickets, vouchers, coupons or exchange orders shall be deemed
consent to the alone conditions.
12. Responsibility:
Depth Travel and/or its associated Companies or Agents give notice
that they act as booking agent only for the persons or companies
providing or offering the means of travel conveyance, transport,
accommodation, or other service and all receipts, dockets,
vouchers, coupons, tickets or exchange orders are issued subject to
the terms and condition under which transportation
and other services are provided. Depth Travel shall not be liable for
any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that
may be caused or arising during any tour under its management,
sponsorship, procurement or otherwise notwithstanding that the
Company’s principal may be a foreign company, corporation or
person.
So far as the Company shall not be acting as suck booking agent
it shall be deemed to be acting Agent for the person making
the reservation. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure
that he is in possession of the other travel documents and that
they are in compliance with the current government and
transportation companies’ regulations. The right is reserved to
modify the Itinerary in any way considered necessary or desirable
or to change any reservation and/or means of conveyance,
without notice for any reasons whatsoever and without
allowance or refund but the extra cost, if any, resulting there from
must be paid by the passenger. The right is also reserved to
cancel or withdraw any tour or any reservation made for a
passenger or decline to accept or retain by person as a member
of a tour for any reason whatsoever.
The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all
liability in respect to any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness,
