INTRODUCTION
If you know your way around your wife’s g-spot, she’ll think you’re great in bed. Did
you know, though, that you also have a g-spot?
With so much focus on the woman while in bed, both men and women forget that
that man matter too! Sure, guys can often come much more easily than their wives,
but that doesn’t mean that the orgasm will be good.
According to the makers of the Aneros Prostate Massager,
“The ‘Ultimate-O’ is very personal and different for each individual, but the
consensus is that it is actually a series of smaller dry, full-body orgasms
(‘Mini-Os’) that builds into a single or series of large full-body orgasms. Our
customers say it is the most intense and beautiful pleasure they have ever
experienced.”
Wouldn’t you like to experience that?
When you and your wife take the time to actually learn about the male anatomy, sex
become more than just in-out-in-out,it becomes intense and mind-blowing. To have
great sex, yes, you need to understand a woman’s body, but you also need to
understand your own body, learning to achieve that dream orgasm every time you
have sex.
And that means better sex for both of you. When you’re excited and passionate
about having sex with your wife, everything will be much more fun. It doesn’t matter
if you’re a new couple or have been together for years — learning how to have the
Ultimate-O and about the male prostate can put that spark back into the bedroom.
Part One: What is the Prostate and Where is It?
TermDefinitions
Anus
In the crudest terms this is your “butt hole”. It is connected to your rectum and is how
your stools exit your body. Despite the dirty job of your anus it contains millions of
very sensitive nerve endings that can give intense sexual pleasure through
penetration (anal sex).
Aneros
The most popular prostate stimulator available today. Comes in a variety of sizes
and shapes for beginners and advanced users.
Prostate Massage
Either an internal or external stimulation with the prostate.
Prostate Milking
This is an internal prostate massage achieved by stimulating the prostate by either a
finger or a prostate massage device.
Prostate Orgasm
An orgasm that originated from direct stimulation of the prostate and does not
necessarily involve ejaculation.
Prostate Stimulation
Internally or externally stimulating the prostate through touch, massage, or by a
prostate stimulation device.
Rectum
This is the lower part of the colon and large intestine that is connected to the anu
MaleAnatomy
Penis
The penis contains two chambers, the corpora cavernosa, which runs
the length of the organ. These are filled with spongy tissue and
surrounded by a membrane called the tunica albuginea. The spongy
tissue contains smooth muscles, fibrous tissues, spaces, veins, and
arteries. The urethra, which is the channel for urine and ejaculate, runs
along the underside of the corpora cavernosa. The urethra emerges at
the glans, the rounded tip of the penis.
Prostate
The prostate is a tiny gland found only is men and is a very important
part of the male reproductive system. The prostate is about the size of
a walnut and is located underneath the bladder, just in front of the
rectum. The prostate’s function is to assist in the manufacture of
semen which is the milky colored fluid that transports sperm from your
testicles through your penis when you ejaculate.
Scrotum
The function of the scrotum to keep the testes at a temperature slightly
lower than that of the rest of the body. For the human, a temperature
around 34.4 degrees Celsius (94 degrees Fahrenheit) seems to be
ideal; 36.7 degrees Celsius (98 degree Fahrenheit) may be damaging
to sperm count. The temperature is controlled by moving the testicles
closer to the abdomen when it is cold, and away when hot. This is
done by the contracting and relaxing of the cremaster muscle in the
abdomen and the dartos fascia (muscular tissue under the skin) in the
scrotum.
In most biological males, the cremaster muscle itself cannot be
controlled voluntarily. Contraction of the abdominal muscles, and
changes in intraabdominal pressure, often can lift and lower the
testicles within the scrotum. Contraction of the muscle fibers of the
dartos tunic (or fascia) is completely involuntary and results in the
appearance of increased wrinkling and thickening of the scrotal skin.
The testicles are not directly attached to the skin of the scrotum, so this
dartos contraction results in their sliding toward the abdomen.
Below are some images that should help you to better understand the
location of your prostate:
The male g-spot is actually called the prostate. You’ve probably heard
a lot about the importance of prostate health, but even though people
like to talk about it, few men actually understand it. Women don’t have
prostates, so sometimes these are called the “male gland.” A prostate
is actually half glad, half muscle.
Prostates are walnut-sized and have three lobes. They surround the
urethra, which is why men with prostate problems sometimes have a
hard time urinating. The urethra trails from the bladder to the penis,
and the prostate is found near the bladder end of this tube, right in
front of the rectum.
That means you can stimulate the prostate anally (and it also means
that prostate examinations are done anally. Don’t freak out about that
that, though. Although many men are at first adverse to the idea of
massage via a route “up there,” if you relax, it actually feels really
good.
Essentially, the prostate’s job is make fluid that is used in semen,
making up about 10-30% of the liquid ejaculated when a man
orgasms. The fluid found in the prostate is slightly alkaline, in order to
help combat the acidity of a woman’s vagina, keeping the sperm alive
longer and helping to protect the sperm’s DNA. So, the prostate is
directly responsible for healthy pregnancies!
Have you ever made a woman squirt through g-spot stimulation? Yes,
it does happen! Essentially, you were stimulating the female version of
the prostate, and the fluid is similar. The same thing can happen if you
stimulate your prostate — you “squirt”. Most men who’ve experienced
a prostate orgasm have noted similar reactions to women who’ve
experienced squirting.
For both sexes, these are the most intense, powerful orgasms you’ll
even have. Does that sound good?
Great.than let’s get started!
Part Two: Prostate Massages: They’re Healthy!
Prostate Massage has literally “exploded” into mainstream culture in
the last few years as men are discovering the pleasure of finding out
about their “male g-spot”.
Prostate massage is generally safe for all healthy men however
cautions need to be taken to ensure the experience is pleasurable and
not painful. Many recent scientific studies in the last few years have
shown that prostate massage can be very beneficial for prostate
health. These studies have shown that prostate milking can help to
relieve the
symptoms of an enlarged prostate or persistent prostate infections. So,
not only can you enjoy the pleasure of the ultimate male sexual
experience but also help to keep your prostate happy and healthy.
While the prostate primary function is to help in the manufacture of
semen it is also becoming know as a sexual gland for men also.
Typically we only associate the penis for men as a sexual organ but for
many men the prostate is the secret for true sexual fulfillment.
Not surprising, the prostate is quickly becoming know as the “male gspot” as many men of all ages, races and sexual orientations are
learning about the sexual and health benefits associated with prostate
milking or prostate massage.
Prostate massage can be carried out by your doctor or medical
practitioner as an effective treatment for chronic prostatitis and benign
prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
This procedure can help to drain the highly painful build up of seminal
fluid in men with a chronically inflamed prostate.
While beneficial for some individuals, prostate milking it is NOT
advisable for men with acute prostatitis as a prostate massage may for
allow the prostate infection to spread to other parts of the body.
Unfortunately, prostate problems are all too common. Many men find
themselves facing prostate cancer and other diseases, and most don’t
catch them early, since they rarely go to the doctor. The idea of a
latex-gloved finger probing your prostate might not seem like a
pleasant thought, but it is definitely better than the alternative —
surgery, dangerous and painful treatments, and possibly even death.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BHP)
Prostate problems aren’t always cancer. Over time, prostates simply
change, and many older men find that they’re prostates enlarge as
they age, making urinating and sex more difficult. Prostate
enlargement can occur for a number of reasons including the
following:
A sedentary lifestyle
Frequent bicycle riding
A higher amount of estrogen in the body
A drop in the amount of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body
A reduced sex life
Sometimes, though, prostates just enlarge with age. BPH isn’t really
dangerous, but it can cause urination problems such as weak stream,
frequent urination, leaking or “dribbling”, urgency, and more.
There are a few ways in which you can treat and prevent problems
with enlargement without surgery or medications, including doing the
following:
Avoid drinking within four hours of going to sleep for the night
Drink up to eight glasses of water every day
Drive cranberry juice to avoid infection
More Serious Prostate Problems
An enlarged prostate doesn’t always, however, mean BHP. That’s the
best-case scenario. Sometimes, an enlarged prostate means
something much, much worse. In some cases, an enlarged prostate
can indicate a prostate infection, but sadly, many times it indicates
prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer occurs mainly when men don’t take care of
themselves. Are you one of those “manly men” who won’t go to the
doctor unless you’re dying? You could be dying right now and not even
realize it. Having your prostate examined routinely is the only way to
stay healthy.
The good news in all of this?
Studies show that prostate massage isn’t just fun — it can prevent
prostate cancer!
Ejaculation — It could Save your Life!
That’s right — masturbation and ejaculation in general can help you
expel the chemicals in the body that cause cancer. An Australian
research team actually questioned over 2,000 men, some of whom
had developed prostate cancer and some of whom had not. They
found that men who ejaculated six or more times per week were 30%
less likely to develop prostate cancer later in life.
So prostate massage isn’t just about pleasure — it is about health.
When you milk your prostate, you’ll be reducing your risk of prostate
cancer and other prostate problems, but, of course, prostate massage
is fun too!
Prostate massage is a great way to connect with your wife and explore
yourself sexually.
In the bedroom, many times the focus is placed all on the women, but
for the best sex life possible, both you and your wife have to have
mind-blowing orgasms!
Remember, when you’re having a better time in bed, so is your wife.
You don’t have to focus completely on you, but if you aren’t enjoying
the sex, that isn’t a good thing, no matter how great your love might
feel.
Prostate massage is all about help you and your wife enjoy sex. It
doesn’t matter who you are or what you enjoy most in bed; when you
both have amazing orgasms, that’s when you both build upon your
foundation and really start to expand you sex life. Prostate massage is
just the start of that.
Part Three: Finding your Prostate
The first step to amazing orgasms is finding your prostate in the first
place. You can do this with your wife if you want, but for the first time,
many men feel most comfortable exploring solo. Either way, finding
your prostate takes a bit of patience and a lot of relaxation.
Squeaky Clean Colons
I don’t care what you’ve seen in crazy, off-the-wall porn flicks. prostate
massage needs to start with good hygiene. That means being careful
of what you put in, as well as being careful with what comes out. The
prostate massage prep work might now sound “sexy,” but without it,
you could have problems throughout the entire process.
Preparation for finding your prostate starts with flushing your system.
In other words, you want your anus and colon to be clean, without any
remnants of feces (eww). The best way to ensure this is to clean you
colon regularly, and then maintain this cleanliness. There are three
main ways to clean your colon:
1. Enemas
2. Laxatives
3. Colonics
At health food and natural stores, you can find safe and natural colon
cleansing products as well. No matter what, though, be careful if you
use these products. Following the instructions carefully, because
overusing colon cleansing products can make you really sick. That’s
definitely not orgasmic!
If you’re uncomfortable with the colon-cleansing process, you have
other options. There are actually holistic professionals who specialize
in cleaning you out.
Talk to your doctor or head to the Yellow Pages to find a professional
in your area. Don’t worry — it seems awkward, but it actually feels
really good afterwards.
After you’re squeaky clean, maintain that cleanliness is important for
overall prostate health. Here are some ways in which you can keep
your colon clean:
 Eat healthy foods, especially more fruits and vegetables, and
skip greasy and fried foods.
 Don’t overuse laxatives or other colon cleansers. They’ll actually
stop working correctly.
 Consider vitamin supplements if you don’t feel like you get all of
the proper nutrients in your diet.
 Never use narcotics, especially downers (including alcohol),
which can slow down your digestive system.
 For more tips on keeping your colon clean and healthy, talk to
your doctor! Don’t forget, though — your diet is the most
important part of a clean colon and a health sexual diet. Once
your colon is clean, you should choose most of your foods from
the following list to stay healthy:
Fruits and Vegetable:
•
Apples
•
Bananas
•
Beans
•
Beats
•
Carrots
•
Celery
•
Corn
•
Eggplant
•
Grapes
•
Green Beans
•
Lemons and Limes
•
Melons
•
Oranges
•
Peaches
•
Pears
•
Prunes
•

•

•
Spinach
•
Zucchini
Proteins
•
Beans and Legumes
•
Chicken
•
Fresh Fish
•
Nuts
•
Soy
•
Turkey
Drinks
•
Coffee (decaffeinated)
•
Fruit and Vegetable Juices
•
Lemonade
•
Red Wine (in moderate amounts)
•
Soy Milk
•
Tea
•
Water, Water, Water!
When eating, you should try to eliminate sugar, white flour products,
and most kinds of deserts. Fried foods and anything greasy are also
a bad idea. Generally, the healthy you eat, the better things will be for
your colon.
Prepping for Insertion
A lot of guys are wary about sticking anything “up there.” I have three
words for you: Get. Over. It.
Ok, that might sound a little mean, but it is totally true. If you just move
past the thought of insertion, you’re going to have a much better sex
life. Prostate massage feels great, and when you actually orgasm
through prostate stimulation? It is a bigger, better orgasmic experience
than you’ve ever felt before. As good as you think it has felt to come in
the past, there is something even better in store for you!
How To Overcome Emotional issues With Your Anus
If you have big issues with anal play, I have found that the method
called EFT works well with my clients.
I have even used this method to improve my tennis. It combines Mind
Body Medicine and Acupuncture (this new version does not require
needles--anyone can do it).
The best thing is that you can download the manual for free, and try
out the method and thus it allows you to test drive EFT on your own
issues (although at a beginner’s level).
Caveat: For people who are emotionally or physically frail, qualified
health professionals should be consulted before using ANY health
procedure.
Don’t just start sticking things into your anus, though! Not that you
would.but that can be really dangerous. Whenever you stick things
inside of your body, you have to be very cautious. I recommend
starting with just your own fingers.
Using your fingers to explore your body is usually the best choice for
men who have no prostate experience. You can feel what you’re
doing, and fingers are small enough to feel comfortable even in the
tightest of spaces. Before you start, you need two items:
1. Disposable gloves
2. Lubricant
Latex gloves like those you see at the doctor’s office are your best
choice. If you’re allergic to latex, you can find anti-allergenic gloves
that serve the same purpose. Don’t buy kitchen gloves or other types
of gloves — stick to those made for medical purposes for the best
results.
Also stock up on lubricant, like K-Y Jelly. You want to look for a waterbased lube that works with latex so your gloves don’t break down as
you’re using them. Anything that works with a condom should work for
you. Remember, though, your anus doesn’t produce self-lubricant like
a female’s vagina, so use the lubricant generously.
Before you start, wash your hands thoroughly. There are a lot of
bacteria and viruses in the world, and getting those germs all up in you
is definitely not a good thing. Trim your nails as well so that you don’t
scratch yourself, which can easily become infected.
Try explaining to your boss that you need to take off of work because
you have an ass infection.
Getting to the Prostate
When you’re ready, your first step isn’t to start shoving your fingers
upwards.stop, calm down, and breathe. The more relaxed you are for
this, the better. In fact, skip ahead and read up a little on relaxation
techniques before you start. We’re going to take about what you’ll feel
in this section, but finding your prostate is dependent on you being
cool, calm, and collected.
The prostate isn’t actually found in the colon. That’s the closest you
can get though, and since for the average man, the colon bumps up
against the prostate, you can almost directly stimulate it. When you get
close to it, you’ll know. Most men are surprised to get an instant
erection when they reach the prostate area.
How to Relax the Anal Ring of Muscles.
I often spend 10 minutes or longer relaxing the two anal sphincter
muscles at the entrance of the rectum.
You can see these in the above diagram. What I do is to use a finger
or a thumb on the outer sphincter muscle ring. This is located just
inside the anal opening.
I push on the muscle at 12 o’clock position for about a minute. Then I
move on to 1 o’clock position for another minute. So I go around the
muscle about 10 times holding each point, relaxing and breathing.
Next I go a little deeper to the inner anal muscle. This is about ½ inch
inside the anus. I repeat the above procedure. Once you have done
this you will find the anus is much more relaxed and ready for anal
insertion.
For some positions I find my thumb is better to use than my finger. For
me, this is the area of the anus facing the balls.
To really relax the sphincters, one can use different sizes butt plugs. I
cover this later on.
Make sure that when you insert your first finger, you’re wearing gloves
and properly lubed. Relax your muscles, and slowly slide in about one
inch. You might have to experiment with different positions to find
something comfortable for you. As you near your prostate, you’ll start
to feel waves of pleasure, as though you’re having amazing sex with a
beautiful female.
Enjoy that first time — you’ve found your prostate!
Remember to use lots of lubrication, and don’t be afraid to re-lube
often. As explore, you don’t want to worry about getting dry. That can
make pulling out extremely painful, and it could even cause small tears
in your tissue. Ouch!
Part Four: Going Solo - Self Prostate Massage
Once you’ve found your prostate that first time, don’t be afraid to give
yourself prostate massages regularly. Remember — it is actually really
healthy for you and can potentially prevent prostate cancer. Achieving
orgasm through prostate massage alone is not easy at first for most
people, simply because the vast majority of men aren’t used to the
feeling. Play around with stimulating your prostate and masturbating
as normal until you begin to get used to prostate massages.
Why Prostate Massages Feel So Good
Sexual researchers say that the male prostate is the center for male
sexual emotion and energy. There are a number of reasons prostate
massage feelings really amazing and can cause men to reach orgasm:
Ejaculatory Reflex
When you push on or stroke the prostate, even though you’re doing so
through a membrane wall, the result is that same motion the prostate
reflex makes when a man comes. So, the feeling mimics that of the
feeling you get when orgasming.
Nerve Endings in the Anus
You might at first be adverse to the idea of anything going “up there,”
but in actuality, there are a lot of pleasure nerve endings in the
membrane of the anus. So, as long as you use a lot of lube, it should
feel really good.
The “Hidden” Penis
You know that it feels good to stroke your penis, but did you know that
your penis actually extends inside of your body? This interior penis
base can be stimulated as you massage your prostate.
In addition, it feels great when you’re being stimulated in multiple
areas at the same time. You can stimulate your prostate and penis at
the same time, multiplying your pleasure. Multiple location stimulation
is possible solo or with your wife.
Relax and Just Breathe
No matter how many times someone tells you how great it feels to
have your prostate stimulated, if you’ve never experienced it before, it
can make you a little nervous. That’s your space. Even a selfmassage seems like a violation. The problem with that is the more
nervous you get, the more difficult it is to actually do any kind of
stimulation. Your muscles tense, your heart pounds, and it just doesn’t
seem possible.
The key to relaxation? Breathe.
Breathing exercises have long been used in conjunction with orgasm.
If you’re with your wife, you can actually learn to breath together, and
this connects you for a deeper, more sensual sexual experience.
Along, though, using breathing techniques can really help you feel
more relaxed. Be open to the powers of breathing, and you’ll find that
they can work for you.
Did you know that many doctors recommend breathing exercises to
help reduce pain? Just look at the procedures for birthing — doctors
continuously tell mothers giving birth to use their Lamaze breathing
practices to stay calm and get through the pain. Every time you
exhale, your muscles relax, helping your feel more calm and stressfree with each breath.
Forget about your prostate for a moment. Here’s a good step-by-step
exercise you can do right now to help you relax:
1. Find a comfortable sitting position and close your eyes.
2. Draw in a deep breath and mentally tell your toes to relax as you
release that breath, slowly.
3. Draw in another deep breath. Feel your toes relax.
4. Breath again, mentally telling your feet to relax as your release that
breath, slowly.
5. Draw in another deep breath. Fell how your toes and feet are now
both relaxed.
Continue with your whole body:
 Ankles
 Calves
 Knees
 Thighs
 Buttocks and Anal Sphincter Muscles
 Pelvis Abdomen Fingers Hands Wrists
 Arms and Elbows
 Shoulders Chest Back
 Neck Jaw Face Eyes
Then review your body, as you’re breathing deeply. Are there any
lingering muscles that feel tense? If so, mentally tell them to relax, and
feel the tension melt away. Breath like that, feeling how relaxed your
body can be.
When you’re ready to start your prostate massage, think about how
relaxing that breathing exercise made your feel. Close your eyes and
breathe, mentally telling your muscles to relax.
You should practice your breathing and relaxing every day, and when
you do, focus specifically on your breath, not on outside thoughts.
When most people start, they can only relax for about five minutes at a
time — and that’s ok. Eventually, you’ll be able to work up to relaxing
for 20 minutes at a time or more.
Does this all sound a lot like meditation? It is.
Meditation connects you with your own sexual energy, and if you
have not done so already, I want to highly suggest that you check out
a guide to meditation, breathing, and Tantra. It is an experience like
none other when you can learn to control your orgasms fully - yes,
even your prostate orgasms, not just typical orgasms.
Self-Massage for your Entire Body
If you’re still feeling a little tense, before you jump right into prostate
massage, take some time to explore self-massage for the rest of your
body. This, along with breathing, can really help you relax, readying
your body for prostate stimulation.
Studies show that massage is actually beneficial to your health.
Massage can help you sleep better, avoid depression and other
mental illnesses, and resist disease. In addition, it aids circulation and
digestion.
Massages don’t have to necessarily be sexual. Self-massage is all
about touching yourself in a sensual, non-sexual way to help you relax.
The sexual fun comes later!
Here are some step-by-step self-massage techniques. Don’t worry — I
promise, we’re working up to techniques for prostate massage!
Your Shoulders
People carry a lot of tension in their shoulders from stress and poor
posture. If you’re new to self-massage, learning to massage your
shoulders is usually the best place to start the process.
Use your right hand to massage your left shoulder. Starting at the
place where your head meets the back of your neck, stroke down and
over your shoulder, squeezing gently. Work all the way down to your
elbow, and then glide your hand back up to your neck again. Repeat
this at least three times, and then repeat the entire process using your
left hand to massage your right shoulder.
2. Use your fingertips to make small circles, working up your neck to
your skull. Repeat on other side.
3. Make a loose fist and gently bounce it on your shoulder, keeping
your wrist springy and loose. Repeat on other side.
4. Repeat the above steps as many times as you’d like. It is all about
doing what feels good for you.
5. Finish the shoulder massage with a sloth, gliding, opening
movement. Place your hands on either side of your face and gently
move then downward, under your chin, crossing over one another at
the base of the neck, and gently rubbing down your shoulders and
arms. Repeat as many times as you want — whatever feels good for
you.
Your Hands
Did you know that hand massages alone can help to relieve tension?
That’s right — we carry a lot of stress in our hands. It is part of the
reason it feels so good holding hands with someone you care about; it
actually helps to relieve stress! You can give yourself a hand massage
fairly easily by following these steps:
1. Use the fingers and palm on one hand to squeeze the other hand all
over.
2. Squeeze each finger, up and down the digit, giving it special
attention. Use your thumb and forefinger to make circular movements
at the joints. Starting at the base, pull the finger up toward the nail,
stretching it gently. Do this process with each finger.
3. In a stroking motion, massage the back of the hand between each
finger, in the furrow between the fingers. Stroke all the way down to
the wrist, and repeat at least three to five time.
4. Massage your palm and wrist with gentle, circular motions,
supporting the hand with your fingers, palm- side up.
Your Feet
Massaging your feet is similar to massaging you hands. Your feet get
a workout during the day, so massages feel great and can really help
to relax you. Here are some steps to giving yourself a great foot
massage:
1. Stroke your foot (moderate firmness) with one hand on top and one
hand on bottom from ankle to toe. Gently pull your hands back to the
starting position and repeat at least five times.
2. Squeeze each toe firmly, giving it special attention. Make sure
you’re supporting the foot as you do this. Gently pull the toe, stretching
it upward.
3. Use your thumbs to massage the bottom of the foot in a circular
motion, especially at the arch and ball of the foot.
4. Use your knuckles to massage your foot by moving your fingers in a
rolling, circular motion. Remember to always support your foot with the
other hand.
5. Use a “chopping” motion to invigorate the bottom of your foot.
Again, support the foot with your other hand.
More Massages
Don’t be afraid to give yourself other massages as well. When we talk
about prostate massage with your wife, we’ll go over some more
massage tips that can be used for your legs, abdomen, and so forth.
You can do many of these strokes easily by yourself. My suggestion?
Get a nice, warm bath or shower and begin massaging yourself
afterwards. You want to be as relaxed as possible, especially for your
first time.
Finally — The Prostate Massage
To actually begin massaging yourself, you can use either your finger or
a device like the Aneros Prostate Massager.
Either way, this starts with relaxing. If you haven’t already, start your
breathing exercises, focusing on relaxing your pelvis, buttocks, and
sphincter muscles.
As far as positions go, go with whatever feels most comfortable to you.
Commonly, men feel most comfortable lying on their backs.
Sometimes, though, you may feel more comfortable sitting or being on
all fours for a rear entry. Whatever feels best for you will work with this
process.
STEP ONE: Lube and Insertion
Put a glove on and use plenty of lube on your finger and around anus.
As you breathe in deeply, insert a finger slowly, about an inch into
yourself. Don’t use a thrust in-out motion — just hold still and get used
to the feeling. Stay as relaxed as possible. It feels weird at first, but
you’ll get used to it!
If you’re using lube around your anus (as you should be), you’ll feel
when you’re comfortable and ready to slip inside. The anus will
almost seem to “suck” you inside. Don’t force yourself into your anus,
as it will only make you more and more uncomfortable.
STEP TWO: Locating the Prostate
When you are comfortable with your finger in a little, slip you finger in a
little more. Create a bit of a hook shape with your finger, as though you
are making the “come hither” motion, calling a friend to come over to
you from across a crowded room. Most men will find that their prostate
is about a knuckle’s length in, but you may need to go a little farther.
You’re feeling for an oblong or round gland. Most men can feel right
away when they find it. You may immediately get an erection. Some
men actually come right away (though rarely so quickly with that
“orgasm” feeling). As your search for your prostate, stay relaxed and
keep breathing.
STEP THREE: Massaging the Prostate
Your prostate massage is all about pressure. You can’t directly touch
your prostate (and considering how good it feels to stimulate it
indirectly, maybe that’s a good thing!). You can increase the intensity
with PC pumps, which we’ll talk about in Part Six of this guide. For
now, though, let’s talk about a general prostate massage.and that
comes down to one think: pressure.
Feel for the prostate, and then apply pressure, slowly stroking and
massaging each lobe. You’ll begin to feel a build-up orgasmic feeling.
Move slowly, continue with your breathing, and do what feels
comfortable and natural to you. There is no right or wrong way to enjoy
a prostate massage!
However, do not use heavy pressure on the prostate as this could
cause damage. Just go light and stimulating.
Prostate Toys
If you’re massaging solo, your finger is often the best tool to use
initially, but there are also a number of toys on the market that can
help you reach the perfect spot.
These prostate toys aren’t butt plugs or anal dildos. They’re meant
specifically to put pressure on the prostate, bringing your to orgasm.
After you have a bit of experience manually, consider checking out
some of these toys — they really do have a lot to offer.
By far, the best and most popular toy is the Aneros Prostate
Massager. This is the “original,” and the design is actually patented to
prevent copycat companies from selling similar products. Before we
talk about what makes this toy so great, especially for beginners, let’s
talk about anal toy safety in general.
First and foremost, an anal toy has to have some kind of “stopper.”
Remember when I talked about massaging with your finger, and I said
that when you’re comfortable, your anus seems to just “suck” in your
finger? That can definitely happen with toys.
That’s why you’ll never see a toy marketed as an anal toy unless it has
a large end that doesn’t allow the entire thing to get sucked in. Small
dildos and vibrators are ok for a woman’s vagina, which are fairly
shallow, but the colon stretches on and winds around, making it easy
for a toy to get completely lost up there.
Imagine that trip to the emergency room.
And you will have to go to the ER if you lose a toy inside of you. If you
don’t, you could actually puncture your colon or worse, and it is very
painful. So, do yourself a favor — never put anything up there that isn’t
specifically marketed as an anal toy.
Another point about safety, while we’re talking about it? Always clean
your toys thoroughly before and after using them. The world is full of
germs and bacteria, and introducing that to your colon is never a
good idea. That’s not to mention that if you don’t clean your toys
properly, they won’t last as long, and you’ll be spending tons of money
to replace them every year.
But enough about toy safety. Let’s talk about what makes the Aneros
so great, and what other toys can compare.
The Aneros Prostate Massager isn’t meant to be moved in and out of
the body. Instead, you inset it slowly like you did with your finger. The
design of this toy is perfectly contoured to apply pressure to your
prostate, and the knob on the end rests against your perineum, which
is the closest you can get to your prostate from the outside. So, you’re
actually using this toy to massage the prostate from two different
angles.
It’s hands-free, which is important. When you’re not using your hands
to massage your prostate, you can instead stimulate your penis,
nipples, or other parts of your body.
It’s a great way to get that “full body” orgasm. Or, if you want, you can
use the self-massage techniques we talked about earlier to create a
calming effect, make you more receptive to the Aneros, and build that
truly huge orgasm over time.
Of course, the Aneros isn’t your only option. Some men prefer a
smaller design, while others like beads, large shapes, or even
vibration.
The key is to play around and find a toy that works for you. Just keep
in mind the safety rules we talked about, and always, always, always
use plenty of lubrication, especially with anything bigger than your
finger.
I like to have 3 butt plugs of different sizes. I start with the small size
and as my anus relaxes I move up to a larger size. It is important to be
gentle with your anus.
Part Five: Prostate Massages with your wife
Once you’ve mastered prostate massage on yourself, consider adding
your wifeinto the mix. At first, it might seem a bit weird. In fact, many
men actually feel embarrassed to bring it up to their wives.
Male or female, it doesn’t matter — your wife should be interested in
exploring your sexuality. In the end, it is only going to make the sex
more intense and pleasurable for both of you.
If you’re worried about your wife’s reaction, though, here are some
ways you can introduce the idea without seeming too demanding or
obsessive about the subject:
Tell her that you’re interested in being more adventurous in bed, and
you had a few things in mind. Ask if there’s anything she’d like to try,
and be open to her ideas.
Explore yourself first so you’re prepared for how you’ll react to a
prostate massage with your wife.
Purchase some prostate massage toys, as she might be averse to
using her fingers for the massage.
The key is subtle suggestion, understanding, and willingness to
explore her body as well. This is all about mutual pleasure, making
sure that you both have amazing orgasms whenever you’re together.
Setting the Mood
Before you even start thinking about prostate massaging or any kind of
sexual encounter, you and your wife should set the mood together.
Sure, sometimes sex is passionate and spur-of-the- moment, but in
general, setting the mood for a romantic, loving experience can help
you connect with one another and, in general, feel more alive. Setting
the mood is important.
The more romantic your first prostate experience together, the more
relaxed you’ll feel, and the more amazing the overall experience will
be. You might want to have some wine together, or even shower
together. In fact, for many couples showering together is one of the
most intimate, connecting activities possible.
It isn’t necessary about sex; it is about sensuality.
You know your wife. You know yourself. Do what makes your feel
relaxed and romantic, be it lighting some candles or listening to some
romantic music.
Breathing Together
Remember in Part Four when I talked about how breathing can be
relaxing? When you’re enjoying a prostate massage with your wife,
breathing can play a role for both of you. Experts like those at EroSpirit
recommend learning some breathing practices you can do together.
Here are three easy breathing exercises you can do together:
BREATHING EXERCISE #1
Lay together with your wife, either naked or partially clothed, whatever
feels natural to you both. With one of your leading and the other
following, match your breath, inhaling and exhaling together. This is a
great way to actually start any kind of sexual encounter, because it
helps to connect you right from the very start.
BREATHING EXERCISE #2
As your hands (and the hands of your wife) begin to wander, make
your strokes to the breath. You may notice already naturally that
when you’re close to orgasm, your breathing becomes quick, ragged,
and almost pant-like. The same can be true on the other end of the
spectrum. Match your caresses to your wife’s breathing and have her
do the same for you.
BREATH EXERCISE #3
Use the breathing technique found in Part Four. Whatever you do solo,
can be done together with your wife. You can actually count out loud,
breathing in a rhythm and relaxing your body from toe to head.
Massage with your wife
Again, we already talked about how powerful massage can be as a
relaxant when you’re alone. With your wife, massage can be even
more comforting. Remember, the more relaxed you are for your
prostate massage, the easier and more amazing the entire experience
will be for both you and your wife.
There are, in general, six different kinds of massages. Some, like a
deep tissue massages, are meant to be used with sports patients.
Others work the muscles or pressure points to help your energy flow.
Sensual massage with your wife, though, it all about relaxation and
sexual stimulation.
Start your massage with some of the techniques for the shoulders,
hands, and feet that we already discussed. Then, move on to other
parts of the body. Here are some great techniques your wife can use
with you:
Head and Face Massages
We carry a lot of stress in the muscles of our face. Routine massages
of the head and face can actually reduce that stress, help get rid of
headaches, and even stop wrinkles from forming at a younger age.
When you’re trying to relax with your wife, this kind of massage is a
great way to start or end, if you want to skip ahead and do the prostate
massage first!
The receiver should lie facing upwards, with the head and neck fully
supported. The giver of the massage should stand at the person’s
head, behind them if possible.
2. Lay your hands on either side of the face and move your thumbs
from the bridge of the nose, up and over the eyebrows. Repeat this
movement, bringing your thumbs a little higher every time until you get
to the hairline.
3. Using small circles to massage the temples.
4. Press the tips of your fingers gently around the eye sockets, starting
at the bridge of the nose, and moving over the eye, and then moving
back to the nose and moving under the eye.
5. Massage the ears gently, using your thumb and forefinger. Squeeze
the lobes gently.
6. Use the tips of your fingers to massage the scalp.
Massaging the Legs
Generally, you’ll want your wife to start by massaging the feet, but
moving up to the legs can feel great as well. Here are some great
techniques to use:
1. The receiver should sit comfortably or lay face-up.
2. Use a smooth, stroking motion from the ankle to the knee. This
helps the muscles relax initially. Use one hand to stroke up the leg,
around the kneecap, and gently down the leg again and then repeat in
the other directly with the other hand.
3. Massage the kneecap, making small, firm circles with your thumbs
and covering the entire surface of the kneecap.
4. Using the same slow, stroking techniques, move from the knee to
the thigh, then slowly glide down and massage the entire leg in this
manner.
5. Make sure you repeat with the other leg!
During this process, if you’re massaging your husband’s legs, you
might notice him quickly become turned on. That’s ok — in fact, that’s
what you want. Sensual massage is all about slow, sexy stimulation.
You’re just doing your job correctly!
Effleurage — Lower Back and Buttocks
“Effleurage” simply means a slow, rhythmic stroking massage, and this
is a great way to begin stimulation. Massage therapists often use this
technique for non-sensual massaging, because it helps improve
circulation and calm the nerves of anyone who might be having
second thoughts about being touched by a stranger.
You can use it here on the lower back and buttocks to help start the
blood flowing to the pelvic area and to help your wife relax. Start by
giving her the massage and then, before you explore prostate
massage together, have her repeat the process on you.
1. The person receiving the massage should like on his/her stomach.
You can use a warmed towel to support your head and neck if needed.
2. Apply a small about of warmed massage oil.
3. Stroke with the palms of your hands from the lower back toward the
shoulders and neck. Use firm pressure as you work your way up the
back.
4. Use your thumbs to massage along the outside of the buttocks,
working with moderate to firm pressure in small circles to move the
muscles.
5. Using the effleurage technique again, massage each cheek of the
buttocks, one at a time. Bring your hand down and massage the inner
thigh as well as the cheek. Take your time! You should spend at least
five minutes on each side.
Other Kinds of Massaging
Before your wife begins the prostate massage, you can also explore
more intimate massages with one another. More specially, you can
massage one another’s genitals, giving a really connecting experience.
Some couples like to do this at the same time from the 69 position, but
for beginners, this might be too intense at first.
Take turns instead. Usually, you want to switch being the giver and
receiver about every 30 minutes, though some nights you want to
primarily focus on her and other nights she can focus primarily on you.
It doesn’t have to always be even per se, but you both should end
feeling satisfied.
The Experience of Prostate Massage with your wife
Up until now, all of your prostate massage experience has been solo.
There’s nothing wrong with that, as long as you realize that it will be
very different when you are with your wife. It is kind of like
masturbating versus getting manual stimulation from your wife.
Although the motion is the same, it is always very different when
someone else is stimulating you versus when you are stimulating
yourself.
So, here are some of the things you can expect when your wife
massages your prostate:
You and your wife will experience a deep connection that goes beyond
sexuality. Prostate massage can be a very sensual, emotional
experience.
You may or may not orgasm. It is possible that your wife will “milk”
your prostate, making your ejaculate without that release feeling of
orgasm. Or, the other might be true — you might feel like you orgasm,
but nothing comes out (a “dry” orgasm).
Both are perfectly fine, you may get an erection really easily, or it
might not happen at all, even if it feels great.
You can expect some, all, or maybe even none of the following
experiences:
 High levels of sensitivity before, during, or after.
 Tingling feelings
 Sensitive nipples
 A warm feeling in your anal canal
 Vibrations in your penis or testicles
The one think you shouldn’t feel is pain. It may feel a little
uncomfortable or awkward at first, but it should never feel painful. If it
does, stop immediately. You may need more lubrication, or you may
need to switch to a different position for the massage.
The Prostate Massage
Remember, before you start, make sure that your wife takes the same
precautions your did when you gave yourself a prostate massage by
doing the following:
Wash her hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Wear gloves to prevent the spread of disease and introduction of
germs into your colon.
Trim her nails so there’s no potential for scratches or jabs.
Use plenty of lubrication.
When you are ready, practice the breathing exercises and relax as
much as possible. Even if you’ve explored prostate massage solo, it
is an entirely new experience with another person, so breathe and try
to stay as calm and relaxed as possible.
Ready? Here are step-by-step instructions for your leading lady:
If you are giving an anal massage, I generally start with a full body
massage. This takes at least 30 minutes. Some general tips for
massage is to vary the strokes from light and soft to stronger and
deeper. One can use very light touch at times and also vary the speed.
Holding is one method that is very powerful. This allows the man
receiving the massage to relax into himself and contrasts with the
moving massage strokes.
The next step is to massage the buttocks and upper legs and sacrum
area. Kneading, holding, vibrating, shaking and light spanking are
some of the normal massage techniques to use.
If you are inexperienced at massage, I suggest you do a traditional
massage course. A good web based course to learn some great
strokes is at massage course
STEP ONE: Positioning
Determine a position with your husband. For most, having him lying on
his back works best. That way, you have direct access to his penis,
testicles, perineum, and prostate. It also helps because you can look
into his eyes. This is a really erotic experience, and being able to
visually connect with one another makes it even more sensual
However, if that position isn’t comfortable, you can also try entering
him while he is on all fours. This works better than him lying on his
stomach because you still can access his penis fully. Try out both
positions to find what works best for you and your husband.
So now we are focusing more on the buttocks and perineum area. One
very nice stroke is to separate the buttock cheeks and blow on the
anus. This is very nice!
One can have a hot breath by being close to the anus or have a cold
breath by being further away and concentrating the blowing. See
which one he likes.
STEP TWO: Lubrication and Relaxation
When your husband is in position and ready, use your ungloved hand
to slowly lubricant around his testicles, perineum, and anus. See below
for some tips. Breathe with him, and reassure him if needed. Add more
lubrication as needed. It is better to have too much than to not have
enough!
Oil based massage oil does not go with latex or vinyl gloves. Just use
a water based lubricant for the anal massage.
Some strokes on the buttocks.
Moving the two buttock cheeks, one up and one down.
Blowing on the anus as mentioned before.
Deep kneading on the buttocks.
Light pinching on the buttocks.
Deep massaging around the sit bones. This feels great and is this area
is rarely massaged.
Holding the buttocks and shaking.
Light spanking. Communicate to see what he likes.
Holding the sacrum area.
Lightly pulling the hairs on the perineum can be very stimulating for
some and tickling for others. It is best not to pull one hair but a bunch!
Light touch on the balls.
Pulling on the hairs of the balls.
Holding the perineum with your fist or hand.
Vibrating the perineum area.
Now the focus moves to the anal opening or I like to call it a rose bud.
The idea is for total relaxation of the anus before insertion.
This stage can be very pleasurable and should last for at least 10
minutes. It is best to have no goal of insertion but to just go for
pleasure. (bit like normal intercourse!) Some men have a lot of tension
in the anus. It can take a few massages to relax the anus so insertion
is pleasurable.
One should put on your vinyl gloves at this stage.
Hold the whole anal area with your hand for a minute or so.This is very
relaxing and soothing for your man.
Apply lots of water based lubricant to the anus area if you have been
using a oil based massage oil.
Hold your palms together on the buttock crease and on the anal and
move them like you are rubbing. Take care not to put too much
pressure on the tail bone.
Slow strokes up across the anus with your finger or side of your hand.
Ask the man if he likes it to go in the up direction or is it more
pleasurable in the down direction. Do not insert into the anus at this
stage.
Hold your hand on the anus and vibrate. One can use the other hand
to vibrate the other hand on the anus.
Do massage circles with your thumbs the area around the anus.
Hold your thumbs together facing each other and place them on the
anus. Rotate the thumbs around each other and over the anus.
STEP THREE: Pushing Inside
Don’t move quickly, trying to slip in all at once. Instead, massage
around his anus and use just the tip of his finger to slowly open him
and relax his muscles. Use a circular motion to tease him and spread
the lubrication.
When you’re ready to insert your finger, make sure it is covered in
lube. Grab his penis with your ungloved hand and gently pull up and
away from the body, as it naturally points when erect.
Now do the door bell stroke with your thumb. Place your thumb on the
anus and the hand on the perineum area.
Vibrate your thumb and allow the relaxation of the anus to allow a little
movement into the anus.
Then hold to allow your man to relax. If your man is too tight for any
insertion continue with the massage strokes around the anus and
buttocks, then try again later.
As he relaxes, go deeper. It is like being drawn into the anus, rather
than forcing your thumb in. One can also do this stroke with your
finger.
One can insert a little and use the other hand to massage the buttocks
and around the anus.
STEP FOUR: The Massage
Always using plenty of lubrication, move your finger slowly in. You can
push in farther, about two inches, but never push in the entire length.
That could be dangerous and will almost certainly feel uncomfortable.
Listen to his body as you move your finger in and out, teasing him.
Feel toward his penis, about one or two inches inside. You’ll feel his
prostate, a round or oblong type of structure. When you apply pressure
to it, he’ll likely respond. You may see him close his eyes or hear and
feel his breathing changing.
You should massage the prostate from all directions, massaging all
lobes of the gland. In Part Six, we’ll talk about prostate orgasms and
what your husband can expect, but for now, focus on what you can do
to stop his orgasm.
If you are using your thumb to massage the prostate, you can use
the same hand on the perineum. One can massage the perineum and
balls while touching the prostate.
STEP FIVE: Stopping the Orgasm
That’s right — you should actually stop his orgasm.
Eventually, you do want your husband to come (if he wants to, that is),
but the longer you hold back that orgasm, the more earth shattering it
will be when it actually happens. You can actually control his orgasm
fairly easily, even with continuous pressure on his prostate.
You’ll likely be able to feel it when he’s coming to orgasm. His muscles
will tense, his breathing will become ragged, and you’ll feel his
prostate start to pulse. When this happens, take quick action to stop
him.
Stop applying so much pressure on the prostate (though you don’t
have to stop completely. With your unused hand, grab the base of his
penis, as close to the scrotum as possible, creating a circle with your
thumb and finger. Think of this like a tourniquet, stopping the blood
flow.
This should make the throbbing stop, and in a minute or so, it might
even make the penis lose its erection. That’s fine! After the penis
softens, you can resume what you were doing.
Every time you bring him to the edge of orgasm, you’re helping him
learn to control his ejaculations. That’s a good thing! When the orgasm
builds again, it will be even more powerful than the time before. The
whole goal is to help him experience that “full body” orgasm, which is
not necessarily linked to ejaculating. Yes, your husband can learn to
orgasm without ejaculating — and when he does, it will be an amazing
experience.
Best of all, he’ll be able to do it again and again and again, without
waiting hours until he can build up that feeling after ejaculating. Men
can have multiple orgasms too!
STEP SIX: Specific Massage Techniques
In, out, in, out.no matter how good it feels, it can get a little boring after
a few minutes. There are, thankfully, plenty of techniques you can use
when massaging his prostate. Use any (or all) of the following:
Pay particular attention to the PIP joint of your finger — this will be the
middle joint. This part feels really intense moving in and out of the
anus, and settling right at the entry. Tease him my just moving this
knuckle in and out ever so slightly.
Keeping your finger in the anus, feel for the prostate with the pad of
your finger and stroke it all over.
Wiggle your finger from left to right. Move toward the penis than turn
and bend away from the penis, and wiggle some more.
As you’re massaging his prostate, don’t be afraid to grab his penis and
stroke that as well this your ungloved hand. You can even take him in
your mouth, or lick and suck his testicles and perineum. Trust me —
this all will feel awesome to him!
Take cues from his body, and remember, keep stopping his orgasm to
let them build deeper and deeper in his body. You’ll be able to tell
when it is time to let him come — there will be hardly any time
between stopping the orgasms.
When both of you are ready, allow him to come. Apply direct pressure
to his prostate, stimulating it and encouraging him to ejaculate. You
can both use your hands to help stimulate his penis, and he might like
to come into your mouth, if you are willing. More information on
prostate orgasms for men can be found in the next part of this guide.
STEP SEVEN: Pulling out and relaxing.
After your husband ejaculates (or orgasms without ejaculating and
wishes to stop), you can slowly remove your finger. Use a towel to
cover him, and snuggle in beside him — if he wants.
Don’t be offended if he wants to lay quietly by himself for a few
minutes. Many women like to snuggle with their lover right away after
an orgasm, especially a really powerful one, but not all men like to be
touched again right away. Remember, he has just experienced a full
body sensation. He loves you as always; he just wants a few minutes
to cool down and calm his mind.
Of course, some men are exactly the opposite and want to hold you
close after ejaculation and orgasm. It depends on the man!
After ejaculation, many men need at least an hour to regain an
erection. Some bounce back more quickly, and if he is willing, you can
certainly start the whole process again after a rest time of about
20 minutes. Again, it depends on the man. Ask him what he wants
most — when you make the prostate massage all about his wants and
needs, you’ll actually grow together as a couple.
After the Massage
I hope that when the massage is over, you’ve grown together as a
couple. Prostate massages aren’t dirty or gross, and enjoying them
doesn’t mean that you’re homosexual. It is just another way to enjoy
your body with your wife.
After the massage, you may feel tired and want to nap with your wife.
Some men want to shower. Others feel energized, hungry, or just
generally happy. Go with the flow!
Part Six: Prostate Orgasms
Experts agree: orgasms and ejaculation are two very different things.
Wait.what?
Yes, you read that correctly.
Orgasms and ejaculations are very different.
For the average man, they happen at the same time. Do you want to
be average for the rest of your life?
Basically, an orgasm is mental. Your muscles may spasm, but that
feeling of release and intense pleasure is all mental.
On the other hand, ejaculation is all about coming.
Have you ever ejaculated either with your wife or while masturbating,
yet felt totally unsatisfied?
You likely ejaculated without orgasming.
That part is not actually hard to do, and if you explore your prostate
enough, it will likely happen whether you want it to or not. This is called
“milking” the prostate.
But back up for a second. What about having an orgasm without
ejaculating. When you can learn to do that, you’ll not only have bigger
and better orgasms in general, but you’ll be able to orgasm multiple
times in a row without losing an erection or stopping to rest.
You can learn to control your orgasms and ejaculation when you’re
massaging your prostate. Let’s first look at the ejaculation process and
about how to strengthen yourself sexually.
Milking your Prostate
Remember when we talked earlier about how healthy it is to massage
your prostate? The process itself can be a stress relief, but the real
benefit comes from milking the prostate. When you milk your
prostate, you’re really doing nothing more than causing a release of
fluid, whether you have an orgasmic feeling or not.
If you’ve ever had to give a sperm sample, a doctor may have milked
your prostate. If you apply enough pressure and stroke it without
stopping, it will release its fluid. Generally, this feels really good!
It is good for you too, though. Prostate cancer patients who have
milked their prostates often report that the substance is brownish or
even black. Those are toxins leaving your body. Even someone with a
healthy prostate has toxins in the body. By milking your prostate,
you’re getting them out of the body, instead of allowing them to build
up.
The way to milk the prostate is to massage from the outer edge of the
prostate into the center. Do this on both sides of the prostate. Repeat
this stroke down both sides of the prostate. Now reach in as far as you
can and massage down the prostate gland.
Communicate with your wife about have much pressure to use when
milking.
That’s why ejaculation is so good for your health!
Orgasms without Ejaculation
There’s no doubt about it — you do want to come in order to maintain
a healthy life. However, sometimes not coming is half of the fun.
Remember earlier when we talked about stopping your orgasm. If
you’ve already explored with your wife, she probably used some of
the techniques I talked about to stop you from ejaculating. She let you
build and build and build, knocking you away from the edge a little
every time.
Concentrate on your breathing. If you can relax and allow your entire
body to feel that pleasure building inside of your, you can release
without actually releasing any fluid. It will feel like your ejaculating, but
you won’t actually come. Instead, you’ll just mentally orgasm, with all
of the same great feelings. You can then continue to play with your
wife.
Another key is to make sounds of pleasure. This allows the sexual
energy to move out of the pelvis and up the body. Experiment with
making sounds that come deep from in your belly.
Many men block their sexual energy due to past masturbating habits.
Sexual energy is very powerful. When you learn to control your
orgasms, you’re improving your own sex life, as well as the sex life of
your wife.
Make sure you check out more resources on orgasms to learn all of
the techniques for controlling your flow of sexual energy. This can help
men of any age lead fuller sex lives!
Strengthening your Orgasms — The PC Pump
Control and, in turn, pleasure is often linked to strength. Having your
prostate massaged is a really new, intense, powerful feeling for many
men. Be open-minded about the experience. I’ve met tons of men who
were adverse to the idea of putting anything, even their own finger, “up
there.” Funny thing, though — I’ve never met a single man who didn’t
like the experience after trying it for the first time!
Because prostate massages are so powerful, it can be hard to keep
control. One of the best ways to do this, though, is to have strong
sexual organs. That may sound silly, but give PC pumps a try. You’ll
be surprised at how much stronger you feel after just a few weeks.
Your PC muscles are actually fairly easy to find. The next time you’re
in the bathroom urinating, try to stop the flow. Those muscles you’re
squeezing are your PC muscles. Both men and women have them.
You may have heard some women talk about Kegel exercises. These
exercises can make a woman’s PC muscles strong, and some
women claim to have a tighter feel after doing them. In any case,
Kegel exercises aren’t only for women — as a man, you just have to
learn the proper way to do these exercises for your anatomy!
With a PC pump, essentially what you want to do is squeeze these
muscles as tight as possible and release. That’s the basic foundation
for all PC exercises. You can just do sets of 50 squeezes, but there
are other exercises you can do as well.
Lay on your back, with you knees bent and you hands at your sides.
Thrust up with each squeeze. This can help strengthen you abdomen
muscles and lower back muscles, both of which get a workout during
sex.
See how fast you can do 50 squeezes. Remember to do each one as
hard as possible.
Do your set of 50 very slowly. Squeeze and hold for a count of three,
then release for a count of three. You can actually do these with your
breathing exercises.
You should do PC pumps every single day. You won’t see amazing
results overnight, but it actually usually only takes a few weeks to start
feeling a difference.
And what does this have to do with prostate massages?
Well, imagine the power of strong PC muscles when your wife is giving
you a prostate massage. As you feel yourself building an orgasm, you
can pump your PC muscles, learning to hold yourself back from the
edge longer. In addition, when your PC muscles are stronger, you can
more easily relax them, making entry and finding your prostate easily
in the first place.
The best part about PC pumps? You can do them anywhere, and
unless you have an erection, no one will even notice. Do them at your
desk at work, while on your lunch break, or on the train ride home. Just
make sure you set aside time to do them every day. Without
consistency, your PC muscles won’t build.
Part Seven: Conclusion
Congratulations! If you’ve made it to this part of the book, you must be
ready to try some of the techniques we’ve discussed. Maybe you’ve
already started to explore already — kudos to you. Prostate massage
is a lot of fun, isn’t it?
Before ending this guide, though, I wanted to leave you with a few
parting thoughts about prostate massage. Hopefully, I’ve inspired you
to enjoy yourself and your wife sexually!
Prostate Massage and Sex
No one ever said that a prostate massage can’t lead to something
more! When I gave step-by-step instructions earlier in this guide, I left
it at that, but you can certainly move from prostate massage into sex
if that’s what you and your wife both want to do.
You can also try prostate massage toys while having sex. We didn’t go
over using them with your wife, but you can use these toys with your
wife like you’d use them by yourself. Leave them inserted for an
amazing, intense feeling during sex.
Don’t be afraid to try mutual pleasure as well, though you may want to
practice one at a time first! While in the 69 position, you and your wife
can stimulate one another at the same time. As she’s stimulating your
prostate, you can use your fingers or tongue to stimulate her vaginal
opening, clitoris, perineum, and even anus — some females enjoy
anal stimulation.
The point is that you and your wife should do what comes natural to
you both; just make sure that prostate massaging is a part of the
equation. Men and women are usually both hesitant to try prostate
massage at first, but if you try it once, you’ll be surprised at what you
were missing in the past!
The “Afterglow”
The New School for Erotic Touch actually has a really great tutorial
on “afterglow.” Don’t overlook afterglow in your sex life — this is
actually one of the most fulfilling parts of sex.
After you’ve both achieved orgasm, don’t pull away right away. Stay
connected. Breath together. Kiss. Look into one another’s eyes. This is
the afterglow. Keep that sexual energy pumping through your body
and enjoy the experience. Afterglow feels wonderful, and this is really
the best part of sex, prostate massage, or any other kind of
stimulation.
The key to enjoying your sex life more thoroughly is simple to enjoy
the entire package. Sex isn’t about getting off. For many, that’s all they
make of it. If you truly connect with your wife, though, it is something
more.
Whether she’s massaging your prostate or you’re massaging her vulva
doesn’t matter. You’re connecting your energies. You don’t have to be
in love (though it certainly is an amazing experience with someone you
love). You just have to love the sensual, sexual experience that you
both deserve every time you come together to explore your bodies.
How To Use The Aneros Massage Sex Toy
Aneros
I have added notes to this description from the aneros site. The advice
can be used for other male sex toys and also for prostate massage.
Preparation
1. To insure hygienic operation, make sure the rectum is empty before
use. The rectum is generally empty, but we recommend rinsing the
rectum with a rectal syringe— commonly available at your local
pharmacy. Comments, I generally do not do this as the rectum is
empty 95% of the case.
2. Lie on either side and bend the knees close to the stomach. This is
intended to allow you to relax and to best orient the massager towards
the prostate. Comments. I lie on a towel to protect my bed.
3. Apply a liberal amount of lubricant to the anus and to the Aneros
Massager. You can do this using your finger. A generic lubricant
applicator or Aneros Marksman lubricant applicators are good options
here as well. This step is important because the Aneros functions best
when suspended within this fluid environment. The Aneros will actually
be moving, pivoting, inside your body. This is a key to its effectiveness.
Comments. This is very important and applies to anal sex as well.
Stage I Relaxation and Concentration
Comments. I always spend some time relaxing the anus before
insertion. I do this with anal massage with my finger or thumb pusing
on the anal muscles.
Position the Aneros Massager so that the perineum abutment (tab top
of the thicker, upturned arm) will press against the perineum
acupressure spot when the Aneros Massager is fully inserted into the
anus. The thinner, curled arm should be oriented towards the back.
Slowly insert the Aneros Massager about one half of the way into the
anus; it will then be drawn the rest of the way into the rectum and
accurately position itself against the prostate with the perineum
abutment pressing firmly against the perineum acupressure spot. The
anal canal, front wall of the rectum, prostate, and the perineum
acupressure point will be stimulated simultaneously by the Aneros
Massager. At this time, many inexperienced users will feel the urge to
urinate.
IMPORTANT: * The perineum abutment (top of front arm) should
always press against the perineum during use. It is very important to
keep the Aneros Massager facing in the proper direction. If you insert
the Aneros Massager backwards, you can not correctly stimulate the
involved sex organs. This will drastically reduce the effectiveness of
the Aneros Massager.
To ensure that the Aneros Massager is properly inserted, use the
handle/guide to position the perineum abutment against the perineum
acupressure spot. The perineum acupressure spot is located between
the anus and the scrotum, usually 1.5 to 2 inches from the anus
toward the scrotum.
Keep the perineum area dry to ensure the perineum abutment won’t
slip from the perineum acupressure spot.
When the Aneros Massager is fully drawn into the anus, you will
initially feel the pressure of the foreign object. For best results, allow
10 to 20 minutes for relaxation.
During this time, we recommend meditative breathing exercises.
Slowly inhale for 4 — 8 seconds, hold this breath for several seconds,
now slowly exhale for 4 — 8 seconds.
Relax and concentrate on the sensations in the anal area. The anus
will accommodate the Aneros Massager and the foreign sensation will
fade. Release all tensions and expectations with each exhalation.
Stage 2 - Contraction Exercises
Now that you are fully relaxed and building awareness of the
sensations inside the anal canal, you are ready to begin the
contraction exercises. Continue to breath slowly and begin to contract
the sphincter muscle in time with your breathing. Inhale deeply as you
contract the muscles and exhale as you relax. Repeat this exercise 20
- 30 times. Now your body is ready to achieve a new kind of orgasm.
Note: This exercise strengthens the anal sphincter and increases the
blood circulation to the region. Increased circulation results in fresh
supplies of oxygen and constant purging of toxins. Thus, these
exercises will not only tone the lower tracts but cleanse them as well.
Sexual sensitivity will also increase.
Now you can begin to touch your body wherever you feel sexually
sensitive, these actions will add to your pleasure. However, avoid
stimulating the penis at this time, as it may cause ejaculation.
Concentrate your mind on your prostate. Slowly contract your anal
sphincter to about one fourth to half of full contraction strength and
maintain this level of contraction. Holding this level of contraction is
difficult - anal muscles will quiver and may spasm causing a vibration
that corresponds to the muscle’s involuntary movements. This
dynamic interaction between the voluntary and involuntary muscular
contractions is important in achieving hands-free ejaculation.
Because the Aneros Massager is suspended unstably within the anal
canal, the slightest muscular action and even the pulsing of blood
vessels infiltrating the anal canal and surrounding the prostate is
detected by the Aneros and directly transmitted to the anal canal,
prostate and the perineum acupressure point.
These sensations are positively relayed back to the anus, and this
chain reaction accelerates to a nearly explosive point. During this
session, it is possible to adjust the location of the Aneros by slightly
increasing or decreasing your contraction strength. In this manner, you
may position the Aneros Massager to a point most preferable to you.
In conjunction with the degree of pressure applied to the perineum
acupressure point, all points along the front wall of the rectum from the
anus to the ampulla of vas above the prostate will reflect different
types and degrees of pleasurable sensations. This area is a treasure
trove of erogenous stimuli.
Gentle anal contraction is more likely to cause anal orgasms, whereas
stronger contractions will lead to prostate-generated orgasms or a
combination of sensations.
Note: At this time, lubricant plays an important role to keep the Aneros
Massager as slippery as possible so that the massager’s movement is
easily effected by the anal sphincter’s actions.
Make a strong contraction of your anal sphincter. As you increase the
strength of the contraction, the Aneros Massager will be drawn
deeper toward the prostate as it moves in a stroking motion with
increasing pressure. The perineum abutment accordingly increases
the pressure on the perineum acupressure point. During this practice
you can lie on your back and push your hips down against a surface if
you like. This helps the Aneros add more pressure against the prostate
and the perineum.
Comments. Try expressing the sexual energy with our voice and
having the intension of filling the room with your energy. Sounding
deep from the belly allows the energy to move.
Stage 3 — Extending the Pleasure
When the Aneros Massager gets you to that pinnacle where
ejaculation feels imminent, try to stay at this point by controlling the
degree of your sphincter contractions.
The deep feeling gradually increases and accumulates to the peak
point. The muscles of your whole body are contracted and shaken by
this strong orgasm without ejaculation.
This orgasm comes repeatedly like ocean waves.
The duration of this peak orgasm is probably longer (more than 2
minutes) and stronger than a normal ejaculatory orgasm, and this
orgasm has a sharp peak rising from a continuous higher plateau
stage.
At this apex, most of your glands, including your salve gland and anal
secretion gland, prepare for ejaculation, but your penis does not
ejaculate. It is a superior and different experience.
Another remarkable thing about this orgasm is that it is physically
controllable.
This means you can achieve this orgasm as many times as you want
by controlling the anal sphincter and regulating body tension.
Also, unlike the penis ejaculatory orgasm, each of these orgasms will
have a different signature. Consequently, it is possible for you to
experience several different kinds of orgasms in one session.
Note: Your body is completely responsible for manipulating the
mechanism of the Aneros Massager. You can in effect turn “off“ the
device by completely relaxing your sphincter, and turn it “on“ by
contracting your sphincter. In this manner, it is possible to prolong and
build up the effect of the subsequent orgasm.
Stage 4 — Penile Stimulation
Now you may stimulate the penis glans if you prefer. This will bring
you close to the threshold of ejaculation. When you feel ejaculation to
be imminent, immediately stop penile stimulation to avoid ejaculation
and quickly add more tension to the sphincter, muscles controlling
erection, and your entire body.
Contract your anal sphincter together with the penis erection muscles
as strong as you can. This practice will cause more blood to flow
through your penis. You will actually feel your penis expanding and
swelling. Keep this contraction as long as you can. This is very good
practice to maximize prolonged expanded erection of your penis
without a vacuum pump, penis ring, etc.
Note: For best results, bend the knees close to the stomach, squeeze
the scrotum between the inner thighs (you can cross your thighs to
squeeze more) then stretch your legs so that the penis skin and the
scrotum are pulled back toward the base. It seems like the penis itself
is stretched out, increasing its hardness and sensitivity. You may feel
some pleasurable tautness caused by the stress added to the skin.
As you approach orgasm, you will feel a contraction-like movement
within the testicles.
Some people have ejaculatory orgasms without penile glans
stimulation. Sometimes, just the tension applied to the penile skin will
cause ejaculation. Ejaculatory orgasm can be easily achieved through
stimulation of the penis glans.
You may also choose to have intercourse while using the Aneros
Massager. This kind of ejaculation should be the strongest. When you
reach the point of no return, you will feel your anus begin to pump
rhythmically, relaxing and contracting several times before the start of
ejaculation.
During the ejaculation, the strong orgasmic contractions will cause the
Aneros Massager to stroke the prostate and other vital sex organs with
each contraction.
This action will completely empty your prostate of fluid. The strength
and the amount of the ejaculation will be far greater than that achieved
by any other conventional sexual technique.
I have had a normal ejaculation orgasm turn into a prostate orgasm
using this technique. The orgasm lasted much longer and was much
more powerful.
Stage 5 — Altered States of Ecstasy
For the advanced user:
To build upon the preceding practices you must gain a greater
awareness of your mind and body - and learn to integrate this
awareness into practice. The most sublime orgasms are achieved
when you do so without penile stimulation and without exerting
external force upon the Aneros. To achieve these results, you must
concentrate on using and feeling the sphincter contractions to slowly
and methodically control the movement of the Aneros and other
muscles of the body.
Begin by slowly increasing tension to the anal sphincter as you stretch
your legs and arc your body, adding complete body muscle tension as
strongly as you can. Perform these movements slowly, keeping your
mind focused on the variations of sensation throughout your body.
Try to increase body tension to the point where your muscles are
quivering but not cramping. Continue with the contractions of the
sphincter - first slowly, then more quickly. Maintain synchronized
breathing as much as possible - If the muscles begins to tire, try to
hold the contraction at less than maximum (i.e. Don’t tense up) for
several seconds at a time. You can gauge this by attempting to
stabilize the pressure that the perineum tab exerts solely by
contracting the sphincter. This may take some practice.
Avoid direct stimulation of the penis. Continue to add more wholebody muscle tension until this practice brings you to the threshold of
ejaculation. Just before that point, adjust or loosen your body tension
to remain balanced upon that threshold, without passing over to the
point of ejaculation. Immediately after you halt ejaculation, another
new kind of strong orgasm will appear.
The source of this orgasm is shifted from the prostate to the anus (this
phenomenon will appear only when you come close to the threshold of
ejaculation without touching your penis).
This orgasmic peak will continue for several minutes, much different
from the typical ejaculatory orgasm.
In this manner, an extended, more powerful orgasm can be
experienced.
Many users have reportedly entered into euphoric and altered states of
consciousness during this phase.
Comments. To enter into altered states, I find the key is the breath.
During the pleasure session, breath more deeply than usual and totally
relax on the out breath. So all effort on the in breath and make a sound
on the out breath.. Do to overdo the breathing or you will get
lightheaded. If this occurs, just breath normally for a while.
Try longer and slower breath and let your belly expand on the in
breath.
One can use the big draw at the end of the session. This can be very
powerful if you have built up the energy with the breath and the aneros
toy.
To do this, take a deep breath and hold. contract all th muscles of the
body. Lift the head, legs, contract the buttocks, pc muscles face etc.
After 10 seconds or so totally relax and just enjoy whatever happens.
Just breath normally and relax into the experience. I usually take 10 to
20 minutes enjoying the altered state.
Please Note:
Some of the techniques within this book are sexually and emotionally
powerful.
Although these techniques and activities can have dramatically
positive effects on your (and your wife’s) physical and emotional wellbeing, people that have high blood pressure, heart disease or a
generally weak condition should proceed slowly. If necessary, consult
a physician before implementing any included techniques.
