What is XOOM Xtras?
XOOM Xtras is the XOOM Energy Customer Loyalty
program that rewards users just for being a XOOM Energy
customer. XOOM Xtras provides members the exclusive
opportunity to participate in fun activities, such as
auctions, sweepstakes, trivia, polling, and so much more!
Benefits for the customer: exclusive auctions
and sweepstakes available only to XOOM
Energy customers. Can win prizes such as
Headphones, Keurig's, or even a Kitchen
appliance package valued at $5,000! All for
FREE!
Program Participation & Rules
Who is eligible for XOOM Xtras?
Subject to XOOM Energy’s discretion, customers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in XOOM Xtras:
•XOOM Energy customers with an active account in good standing
•Residents of the U.S. (excluding the territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands)
Is there a fee to participate in XOOM Xtras?
No, it is FREE. There is no fee to participate in the XOOM Xtras program
How many times can I earn Koiyn for each activity on the XOOM Xtras website?

Is gaming the system allowed?
No, any account or action that is created with the intent to game the system will be removed and all Koiyn earned will be revoked

Electric account (Utility # is required) – Just for registering you will earn 500 Koiyn

Koiyn can be used to bid on Auction prizes and Sweepstakes at www.xoomxtras.com/redeem
Auctions
1.Monthly, XOOM Xtras will offer prizes that customers can bid on using their Koiyn for a
chance to win. There will be a minimum bid amount required for participation, and the
customer with the highest bid when the bidding is complete will win the prize.
Sweepstakes
1.Each quarter, XOOM Xtras will sponsor a sweepstakes. Xtras participants will be
encouraged to redeem Koiyn by entering into the sweepstakes to have an opportunity to
win the quarterly prize.
2.Upon launching the XOOM Xtras program, the sweepstake will be for a Kitchen appliance
package (First Quarter 2015) – Value $5,000* Quarterly sweepstakes prize to change every
quarter.*T’s & C’s and FAQ’s can be found in your Backoffice
BONUS
Participants in XOOM Xtras will also be able to take advantage of local and national coupons for everyday items
including but not limited to:
1.Gift Cards – Save up to 13% off on gift card purchases
2.Travel – Save up to 20% (Hotels, Entertainment, Car Rentals, etc.)
3.Restaurants – Save up to 13% when you select a featured eatery
4.Home and Auto – Save up to 35%

What is a Koiyn?
A Koiyn is a reward point that XOOM Xtras customers earn by completing various activities. Koiyn has no
monetary value
I completed a Koiyn earning activity but did not earn Koiyn right away, why?
Koiyn may be delayed up to 24 hours (longer for weekend activities) before they may show up in your Profile.
Remember each Koiyn earning activity has a limit on how many Koiyn you can earn each day
Do my Koiyn ever expire?
You can redeem your Koiyn as long as you remain eligible for the program and as long as XOOM Xtras offers
redemption items. In the event XOOM Xtras discontinues, you will be given a reasonable period of time to
redeem your accumulated Koiyn
How will I be notified if I win a XOOM Xtras contest or sweepstakes?
An email will be sent out to all winners with directions on how to claim their prize. Please see program terms

How do I claim an Auction item I won?
You will be contacted by email if you are the highest BIDDER on an auction item containing instructions on how
