1. Attested original of all qualifications stated in paragraph 3 (you may attest your copies of qualifications from a government office,

2. 2 passport size photo (size 4 x 6 cm).

4. Formal letter/ letters from work place specifying the duration of your service (Applicable for candidates studied under government
loan/scholarship or partial loan/ scholarship)
5. A release letter from the employer if you have a bond to serve.
6. Police report (attested original)
7. Medical report (attested original)
8. An English letter stating the information of “Mahram” (for female students only)
