NOTICE FOR HEAD OF INSTITUTION
FOR SENDING CLAIMS OF ADDITIONAL STUDENTS ADMITTED IN 2012-13/2013-14 AND APPROVED
BY IMC IN ITS 14TH MEETING FOR SCHOLARSHIP UNDER JK SSS
IMC in its 14th meeting held on 27th April, 2015, has approved the additional number of
scholarships to students admitted in the AY 2012-13 and 2013-14 under Special Scholarship
Scheme for J&K students.
IMC in its above meeting also decided that scholarship amount under the scheme is to be
transferred directly to the bank account of beneficiary student. As a result, all beneficiaries of
J&K SSS to be asked to open a single bank account, preferably in Nationalized Bank, in the same
name as appeared in his/her Mark sheet of X/XII .

All Head of the Institutions are requested to send the following documents of additional
eligible students for further processing the claim for releasing the scholarships:

( applicable for students not residing in college hostel)
Copy of Rent Agreement ( applicable for students not residing in college hostel)
Book receipts in the name of students detailing names of books purchased for the Academic
Year for which the scholarship is being claimed and duly attested by the Authorized signatory
of the Institute.
Copy of first two page of Bank Pass Book clearly indicating followings:
a) Name of Account holder
b) Name and Address of the Bank
c) IFSC Code, CBS Code
d) Bank Account Number

Building, Janpath, New Delhi - 110 001 at the earliest to facilitate release of scholarship.
