a. Memorandum from 01C, .PNP dated February 27, 2015 with subject
Relief of Investigators without Investigative Training;
b. PNP Memo Circular No. 2014 2014-046 dated October 22, 2014 re:
PNP Standards for In-Service Training; and
c. Memorandum from PSUPT EARL BELARMINO CASTILLO with
subject: Request for Accreditation dated April 28, 2015.
2. This pertains to the request of PSUPT EARL BELARMINO CASTILLO,
Chief, DIDMD/EPD, NCRPO for the inclusion of the Criminal Investigation and
Detective Management Course (corvic) in the competency courses for
investigators.
3. Considering that the CIDMC, whi1h had a total credit of 304 hours of
instruction, was among the first investigMive courses conducted by the PNP
Detective School, the request for the accreditation of CIDMC as one of the
competency courses required of investigators is hereby approved.
4. All RDs and Dirs, NOSUs are hereby advised that investigators under their
areas of jurisdiction who have undertaken such course are not to be relieved.
5. Please be guided accordingly.
