Welcome to the IDCN
˃ The International Dual Career Network (IDCN) is a network aimed to help skilled and
experienced mobile employees' partners from Corporate Member companies with their
job search in different locations around the world.
˃ IDCN was launched locally in Lake Geneva region in 2011 (pilot) by Nestlé, Philip
Morris International, Ernst & Young and the Vaud Chamber of Commerce (CVCI). IDCN
became a collaboration of Companies, NGOs and Academic institutions with the
purpose of facilitating the job search for mobile employee partners.

How IDCN works
IDCN organizes events throughout the year which allow members to connect with other partners
and representatives from multinational member companies and share useful information on how
to search and prepare for a job in the region.
The volunteering Partners and Corporate Members aim to maximize your benefit by defining the
regional group strategy, organisational structure of the network and calendar of events.
Partners, Corporate Members and Service Providers engage in open discussions related to job
opportunities and job search topics via our LinkedIn Group.
Though we cannot guarantee you a job,
we do our best to facilitate your job search
Events
IDCN organizes two types of events throughout the year:
1. Corporate Member Events – events hosted by our Corporate Members that can include networking
opportunities, CV reviews, interviews, job search workshops, company overviews and an IDCN overview
2. Career Mornings – networking events amongst Partner members and Service Providers to discuss relevant job
search topics
Event Registration: Formal event invitations are sent to all members via email approximately 4 weeks prior to the
event. Registration for all events is first-come, first-served based on registration form submissions.
Event Confirmation: Registration confirmations are sent approximately 2 weeks prior to the event date. If your
registration is not confirmed due to space limitations, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted as space
becomes available.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend an event, you must contact the Events team at
[email protected] to inform them of your cancellation. Not informing the team of your cancellation may
prohibit your ability to attend the next event.

Honor the copyright and confidentiality of information disclosed during events

Accept that your image, likeness and voice may be recorded by photos or any other
audio-visual means and used for IDCN promotion
Inform the IDCN of any changes to contact details
Inform the IDCN upon finding employment so this success can be added to IDCN
