Qatar is turning into one of the most significant events on the MotoGP
calendar. As the first race of the season this is the first opportunity to
experience the return to the big 1000cc engines and their pilots in full anger
after the winter testing and hibernation. Qatar is the event where speculation
meets the road. Qatar is the eye-opener.
And just to make it REALLY interesting, the race is at night. Each year we are
more and more dazzled by the spectacular view of the circuit lit up. Seeing the
lights reflect off the surfaces, and sometimes even a glimpse of a rider's face
behind the un-tinted face shield is unique to Losail!

We go 'way back in Qatar - eagerly jumping on it when it was first run in 2004.
We probably sell more grandstand tickets than anyone outside of the Middle
East, and we dominate the VIP Village. In addition to 'normal' VIP benefits, we
add our own touches such as our hosts/hostesses, contests, special gifts and
special speakers from the paddock. The VIP Village itself features one of the
most breathtaking service road tours in MotoGP putting you right on top of this
unique circuit AND it has full paddock access! And the VIP Village is the only
place on the track where you can get a beer...
We have a great choice of packages for all requests. If you want to go all-out,
join us in in our Deluxe package in a top 5* hotel in Doha, always the base for
several of the factory MotoGP teams. And of course we offer our beloved
"Classic Package" - in an excellent 4* hotel (with bar!) downtown. Qatar is not
usually cheap; but this package with grandstands works out less expensive
than many European counterparts (in just 3* hotels!)
Of course as for all our packages, we are ready to take care of you from the
moment you land, and our team will be on hand to help with everything.
Our programme is packed, starting with an optional Friday city tour taking in
the camels, the shopping - learn to bargain in the Souqs - and the
architecture, followed by our track-side opening party Friday evening to set
the stage... Saturday Desert Safari, which has become a tradition with us as
we descend the 'hill of death' in our 4x4s, then whacking a few dunes on our
Quads! It’s like a whole weekend before the weekend racing! Sunday we
always keep the hotel bar open for a night-cap; some paddock denizens
always join us.

Our Deluxe package is one of our top VIP packages of any MotoGP event! You will be staying at
one of Doha's top 5* hotels, renown as a hangout for many of the top MotoGP teams and riders.
We collect you from the airport at your convenience. If you are around Thursday we meet for a
welcome drink on us; Friday you can decide to be independent and enjoy exploring Doha or join us
on an optional Desert Safari. Friday night we take you up to the track for our Opening Party at the

Qatar MotoGP Classic Package
Ok -- a 'classic package' just doesn't seem right without the beer, so instead of using our usual 3*
hotel, in Doha we use a great 4* hotel downtown. In addition to restaurants, fitness, swimming
pool, WiFi and business centre, this has the one commodity no Qatari 3* has: a bar! Our package
is 'total care' from the moment you land - the hotel shuttle bus collects you from the airport (and
return at the end of your stay) and takes you to the hotel where you will spend 3+ nights with
breakfast. Thursday we have a welcome drink for all those early arrivals; and then optionally go up
to the track to catch the first practice session. Friday night we take you up to the track for our
Opening Party in the Official VIP Village with special guests and to catch the practice sessions.
Saturday we do an optional tour and of course take you to the track and back. Sunday is a good
time to get in that marvellous shopping, return to the souk (8 minute walk from hotel), or just enjoy
the hotel; and in the evening we take you up for the big race! Finally, join us for a closing drink or 3

ClubGP Team Experience Non-European
One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or
weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you
a private tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you can watch the
action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). One of the team members will
make time to tell you about the team environment and answer your questions about what it takes
to be in the MotoGP world championship. You will have the run of the entire paddock with your
own paddock pass. You may choose MotoGP or Moto2/Moto3. MotoGP customers get the
opportunity for a TRACK visit! (pictured). There is also a small hospitality for customers with
shelter, drinks and lunch. (No hospitality for Moto3) Children 10 and under free with an adult. For
all non-European venues the paddock pass also serves as a general admission ticket. 10%

And of the VIP Villages, Losail is outstanding. The place is so laid back with no crowds that riders
seem to just hang out waiting for the VIPs to come by! Pit lane walks mean you really get to see
the backstage action, and the service road tours in a private a/c BMW mean you view this unique
track right up close! There is a private grandstand on the back curves for VIPs (with TV view) and
you can also use the main grandstand if you want that podium view! Perhaps best of all - VIP
Village tickets grant you unlimited PADDOCK access! You WILL see all the riders up close! We are
always the largest group here, and we enhance the experience with our own on-site guides;

Nearly as good as the official Dorna VIP Village, the Losail Circuit VIP Village offers mostly the
same facilities: Enclosed suite above the pit lane, pit lane walks, paddock tours and a private
grandstand in the back curves. Full catering, with the only exception being there is no alcohol of
any sort. The suite is open Saturday and Sunday, your ticket permits circuit access on Friday. Our
guide will be in the Dorna suite, but you can contact them via the help line number (given with your
tickets).

Catch the amazing MotoGP night race! The grandstands will thankfully be cooler, and sun will not
be an issue. Except for the freak rain storm of 2009 you will be safe and dry. The main, and only
available grandstand is right on the main straight. The track itself is - of course - flat; with some
unique features including MotoGP's only triple right, and the now-legendary 1.068km 330kph main
straight! Tickets are for 4 days (and if you ever wanted to have a track to yourself, come up on
Thursday!). There is a large TV screen, and several food and drink concessions; although the
merchandise selection has been light... (Get one of our unique caps and/or event shirts!)
Owing to legal/customs issues, all tickets must be collected at the circuit Welcome Centre or we
can deliver to your hotel for an extra charge.

Qatar Desert Safari (Sat)
Saturday we run our traditional Desert Safari. Many of the Qatari dunes will still remember us from
last year! We board a fleet of modern desert camels (4x4 Landcruisers) and are taken by
professional drivers deep into the Qatari wastelands. The desert scenery, especially as we go
along the coastlines, can be breathtaking -- if you can put your terror to one side! We split the
group into 'cravens' and 'berserkers' so you can go at your own pace! We take a lunch break at the
lovely desert camp by the Inland Sea, where you can indulge in some quad biking, camel riding
(both extra charges on the spot) or just chilling over tea and kebabs. Bring your swimsuit if you
want a dip in the gulf! We depart directly from all our hotels in the morning, and we will get you
back in time for our transfer to the circuit! Not to be missed - but go light on breakfast!

Qatar MotoGP Opening Reception
Join us to welcome in the new MotoGP year! We have a brilliant opening reception planned for
Friday evening AT the track. We take you up to the circuit where we start from the grandstands for
MotoGP FP2, where you enjoy the amazing night time atmosphere and lights. About 19:00 we
open our lovely air conditioned VIP suite right atop the pit row, with a brilliant viewing terrace. Food
& drinks (non alcoholic) will be served. We will be joined by a very special guest or two from the
MotoGP paddock (in 2014 we had 3!) to help put the new season into perspective. Guests in the
past have included Randy Mamola, Lucio Cecchinelo, Cal Crutchlow, dad Derek Crutchlow, riders
Sam Lowes, Brad Binder, Gino Rea, to name a few...
This is included with ALL packages (transport is included). We depart after the final MotoGP

Take advantage of the day and see one of the fastest growing cities in the world! Our 4-hour city
tour features a drive through the famous Corniche, a visit to the new Pearl development, the
Katara Cultural Village and other Doha attractions. The highlight of Doha, and not to be missed is
the old Souk area (a spice souk is pictured), and we will visit the famous Souq Waqif, where you
can buy everything, especially handcrafts and gold. Don't miss the Bird Souk, the falcon shop and
the old photography shop. Learn how to shop ''Arab style" -- half the fun in buying the great value
goods is in the haggle! We take a traditional superb Arabic lunch, with drink (no alcohol of course)

Doha Dhow Cruise (Sunday)
The best way to see this rapidly growing city is from the water! We take a totally relaxed 4 hour
cruise around Doha harbour, viewing many of the important sights such as the iconic Museum of
Islamic Art (pictured). Katara village, the city skyline and more. The Dhow boat has a traditional
design with modern amenities including flush toilets with fresh water, shower and changing room
and Western-style seating as well as a deck equipped in traditional Arabic seating. Soft drinks are
served all day, and there is a brilliant Arabic buffet lunch. An incredibly relaxing day - just lay back
and let the world go by; or bring your swim trunks for a dip over the side! We get you back in time
to refresh and shift gears for night action!

Guided Circuit Transfer Package
Join our group for our private transfers from our 'home' hotels to the circuit. This is far more than
just transport, every vehicle has an expert guide on hand who can help you orientate around the
circuit, pass news and gossip from the day, and generally answer questions. Most days we play
some 'games' on the bus for prizes - such as the 'Lucky 7' game where you predict the 7th place
finisher in the MotoGP! Tickets are valid for both Qualifying & Race days (Sat/Sun) Friday transfers
are subject to availability - if available there is no further cost but priority goes to our package
customers. n.b. This is normally available only to our package customers (this is a core part of the service as it implies a
'duty of care' for all on board); we will offer our ticket-only customers on exceptional basis. Coaches leave from specific
hotels, and go to designated drop points at the circuit. You must confirm which pickup point you will be departing from, and
you must arrive on time! (at least 10 minutes early). Schedules are posted on our web site a few weeks in advance, and at
the hotels in question. Please also pay close attention to any announcements on the coach regarding collection points at
the track and other news. WARNING: if you have independently booked a room in one of our package hotels we
