You must be an MCCS Boating Permit Cardholder to rent an MCCS boat. See above for obtaining your boating permit. 2. Provide proof of insurance for the vehicle used for towing the rental boat. 3. Complete a rental application including personal information, names of passengers, and your float plan (destination). 4. Clean your rental boat prior to returning it. Provide proof of insurance for the vehicle used for towing the rental camper. 1. View a 98-minute video on boating safety and boat operation, shown daily from 0830-1430. 3. Clean your rental camper prior to returning it. Equipment must be cleaned before returning. A cleaning charge is applied to items returned not clean. 2. Complete a rental application including personal information and your destination. 2. Complete and pass our. 50-question boating safety test.
