manufacturing and marketing of coated image transfer
papers compatible with most toner based colour laser
copiers and printers.
TheMagicTouch toner-based image
transfer process enables you to decorate
and personalise a vast range of printable
items including garments, textiles, ceramics,
leather, wood, metal, board, acrylic and much
more using the appropriate equipment and
processing guidelines.
Digital image transfer removes the need for traditional artwork and
minimum order set-up costs, allowing you to print what you want,
when you want. All processes are safe, simple and durable.
Using the coated image transfer papers in conjunction with
standard polyester toners, used in almost all colour laser
copiers and printers, offers a great business opportunity,
covering many potential markets. The printed transfers
are easily applied in various ways using a professional
heat press or associated equipment.
One advantage of the technology is the ability
to produce one offs and short-run production
for sample evaluation by potential and existing
clients. We underestimate the positive effect of target marketing,

what do you need?
Printers
TheMagicTouch image transfer process works
with most toner based colour Laser/LED printers
and copiers. Specific compatibility of printers can
be confirmed by our technical support department.
The current printers of choice are the TMT/OKI series
supplied with unique print drivers and firmware upgrade.
The printers can also be used for everyday normal plain
paper printing and do not require any special toners other
than the manufacturer’s original versions.
Please note that all TheMagicTouch transfer papers are for
use with toner based colour laser printers and copiers.
Do not attempt to feed through any ink based device.
Transfer Papers
TheMagicTouch manufacture and market a comprehensive
range of different coated papers, each with their own individual
product application.
In addition to papers processed using heat press equipment,
are the temporary Tattoo paper and Decal paper (DCT) both
involving simple “water slide” processing. All papers are available
in A4 with a selection available in A4R and A3 size. Always
consult the transfer paper guide to determine which paper to
use for which specific application.

Heat Presses
To ensure safe and consistent production we recommend
using professional and reliable equipment. All flat-bed presses,
which cover 90% of the applications, are supplied with a lifetime
heat platen guarantee. The presses can attain and maintain a
constant 110ºC - 200ºC temperature for the full range of transfer
applications. Other presses are available for mug production and
the decoration of caps and hats. All presses supplied come with
1 year warranty with certified CE marking.
Printable Items
TheMagicTouch process offers a vast range of printable items
and products that are both marketable and profitable.
The ability to produce samples for customer evaluation makes
target marketing very cost effective and positive.

MagiCut® Software
Design and graphic software such as Corel Draw, Adobe
Photoshop and Illustrator are suitable and widely available.
The company offers MagiCut design software covering all
aspects of the image transfer business including TheMagicTouch
and MagiCut product ranges. The MagiCut software is the
perfect entry-level option for those new to the image transfer
business, and is offered with training and online support.
DOTMagicTM - Online E-Commerce Solution

TheMagicTouch conduct weekly training classes covering
many aspects of the image transfer business at the offices in
Dunstable. This includes specific “hands on” tuition of MagiCut

where issues and queries are solved instantly “live” on your PC by

Print your images approx 5mm larger than the size of the substrate you are transferring to, this allows a margin of error
when aligning everything under the heat press.

Perfect returns must be authorised by our returns
department and with a confirmed returns reference code.
We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect
garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a minimum
10% handling charge.

In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without
recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of
England & Wales.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim
interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under
the late payment legislation if we are not paid according
to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank
base rate and third party collection costs are payable on
defaulting accounts.
