TheMagicTouch toner-based image transfer process enables you to decorate and
personalise a vast range of printable items including garments, textiles, ceramics,
leather, wood, metal, board, acrylic and much more using the appropriate equipment
and processing guidelines.
Digital image transfer removes the need for traditional artwork and minimum order
set-up costs, allowing you to print what you want, when you want. All processes are

Using the coated image transfer papers in conjunction with original standard
polyester toners offers a great business opportunity, covering many potential
markets. The printed transfers are easily applied in various ways using a professional
heat press or associated equipment.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Transfer Papers
TheMagicTouch manufacture and market a comprehensive
range of different coated papers, each with their own individual
product application.
In addition to papers processed using heat press equipment,
our range includes temporary Tattoo and Decal paper, both
involving simple “water slide” processing. All papers are
available in A4 with a selection available in A4R, A4 XL and
A3 size. Always consult the transfer paper guide to determine
which paper to use for which specific application.
Toner Based Printers
TheMagicTouch image transfer process works with most
toner based colour Laser/LED printers and copiers. Specific
compatibility of printers can be confirmed by our technical
support department. The current printers of choice are the
TMT/OKI series supplied with unique print drivers and firmware
upgrade. The printers can also be used for everyday normal
plain paper printing and do not require any special toners other
than the manufacturers original versions.
Please note that all TheMagicTouch transfer papers are for
use with toner based colour laser printers and copiers. Do not
attempt to feed through any ink based device.
Last year saw the arrival of the latest innovation of ‘White
Toner’ offering the ability to decorate a vast range of dark colour
products and applications.
Heat Press Equipment
To ensure safe and consistent production we recommend
using professional and reliable equipment. All flat-bed presses,
which cover 90% of the applications, are supplied with a
lifetime heat platen guarantee. The presses can attain and
maintain a constant 110ºC - 200ºC temperature for the full
range of transfer applications. Other presses are available

for mug production and the decoration of caps and hats. All
presses supplied come with one year warranty with certified
CE marking.
Printable Items
TheMagicTouch process can be used with a vast range of
printable items and products that are both marketable and
profitable.
The ability to produce samples for customer evaluation makes
target marketing very cost effective and positive.

Print your images approx 5mm larger than the size of the substrate you are transferring to, this allows a margin of error
when aligning everything under the heat press.

4Credit Accounts will automatically be placed on hold where
invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.

All goods are subject to availability.
7No returns are accepted after 1 month from date of
despatch, or if printed/processed in any way.
8Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within
24 hours of expected date of receipt.
9Ownership of all goods remain the property of
TheMagicTouch (GB) Ltd® until all invoices are paid in full.
10Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods
released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional
charge of £15.00 to obtain special clearance on your
cheque.
11Prices do not include carriage which will be charged where
goods are not collected.

standard rate where applicable.

All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance are
chargeable.
Every endeavour will be made to despatch goods ordered
before 5.00pm on the same day.

Perfect returns must be authorised by our returns
department and with a confirmed returns reference code.
We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect
garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a minimum
20% handling charge.
16In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without
recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of
England & Wales.
17We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim
interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under
the late payment legislation if we are not paid according
to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank
base rate and third party collection costs are payable on
defaulting accounts.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be
charged in Pounds Sterling.
