The Singapore Sustainability Awards is an initiative of the Singapore Business Federation, which
showcases the most innovative and impactful sustainable practices and green solutions among
organisations in Singapore. The Awards comprises of Sustainability Business Awards and the Green
Technology Awards categories.

1.1 How is sustainability integral to your organisation's technology, product design and production process?
1.2 How has your green technology solution been implemented for your clients?
1.3 Is your green technology solution scalable and scope-able? (I.e. can it be replicated in multiple locations,
integrated with different IT systems, and can modules be added or expanded?) Please explain.
1.4 What is the potential impact of your green technology solution on the reduction of carbon emissions?
2.1 What is the level of implementation of green technology policy within your organisation? (E.g. company-wide
green initiatives, central green IT policy documents, and non-IT green initiatives.)
2.2 How are your internal stakeholders involved in the company's Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER)
initiatives? Are these initiatives limited to the provision of products and solutions to your clients?
2.3 Does your organisation measure and track the carbon emissions (or water savings etc.)of your clients and
implemented products and solutions? Please explain the tracking mechanisms used.
2.4 Does your organisation ensure that your suppliers and vendors follow similar green policies? Please explain with
examples.
2.5 How does your organisation leverage on 'green' as the unique selling point for your products and solutions?

2.6 Do the different departments in your organisation frame policies, targets, strategies, financing programmes and
projects with a green technology perspective in mind? (For example, capital expenditure budgets for green technology
projects, maximising employee engagement to promote green behavior, and company leadership in ensuring that
company carbon emissions are measured, evaluated, reported, and verified on a regular basis). Please elaborate.
3.1. Does your organisation have a quantifiable performance measurement system in place to measure your clients’
carbon footprint (or water savings measurement etc.) before and after the green technology initiative (which involves
your product) is put in place?
3.2. Please outline the tangible and intangible benefits of the implementation of your green product/service in terms
of carbon footprint (or water consumption etc.) reduction for your clients.
3.3. What is your company’s investment in CER measurement, evaluation, and reporting as a proportion of total
project investment?
3.4. Was your client organisation able to achieve any awards or certifications from the implementation or
development of your green technology product?
3.5. Does your organisation have plans to introduce more green technology initiatives in the next two to three years?
4.1. What is your organisation’s budget allocation for innovation (e.g. R&D, patent registration), as a percentage of
total revenue?
4.2. What patents, related to green technology, have been awarded to your company?
