To participate in bike rodeo, participants must provide their own bicycle and wear a bicycle
helmet; .must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
A limited number of free bike helmets will be given away for youth without helmets by the
Bismarck-Mandan Safety Council.

Transportation Building at 705 South 9th Street
