2015 Lake Orion Farmers’ Market Vendor Packet
Dear Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in the Lake Orion Farmers’ Market! We are entering a 7th season and continue
on Wednesdays from 2pm-7pm beginning June 17 and running through October 21, 2015.
Themes and activities will return for our Season Opener and the following weeks, adding
#Placemaking value and experiences for shoppers in Downtown Lake Orion. Our market is
located in a grassy lot (93 S. Anderson Street) next to the Orion Art Center. The DDA
continues as our main sponsor and is coordinating concerts at the Gazebo this year in July
and August which begin at 7pm as we close for 8 prime weeks.
The Orion Art Center is in year two of facilitating our market and planning some changes for
the “house” and property that will benefit the market. It will feel more fresh and welcoming
than ever before. With increasing demand from our local community for quality, locally
grown and made products, we expect great traffic and sales to continue this market season!

Please complete and sign the application with your check (always our preferred payment method) or credit
card information to the Orion Art Center. Vendor variety is limited and we already have many returning
and newly interested vendors so act soon.
Our goal for the 2015 Lake Orion Farmers Market is to continue to build a market
that is valuable to the community, as well as profitable for our vendors. We are
proud members of MiFMA and encourage our vendors to join as well!

Our page followers doubled in size in just the last year. It has been a valuable marketing tool
with only time invested. This year we are redirecting some of our advertising budget for paid
or sponsored ads via Facebook!
