With an objective to groom the leader in our students, the school is organizing a 3 Nights 4 Days Adventure Based Leadership Program for the students of classes 8 to 12 at Camp Kanatal (Dhanaulti) Uttarakhand from 27th May to 30th May 2015. The sessions will be conducted by facilitators from N. S. Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. a well-known name in conducting school leadership programs. Experiential methodology will be followed during the camp, with an aim to develop:  Elements of team work  Fundamentals of leadership and an attitude of excellence  Effective decision making skills  Acceptance of importance of self-discipline  Heightened caring and sharing  Inter-personal relationships  Setting targets and achieving them DETAILED ITINERARY: Day 1: Group assembles in school at 10.30 pm and departs for Camp Kanatal at 11 p m by 2 x 2 AC deluxe buses. Students should carry some refreshment from home. Day 2: Arrival at Camp Kanatal. Tent allocation along with breakfast will follow. Division of group into smaller units for Ice breaker games; Leave for activity centre for adventure activities, post breakfast Confidence building activities like Burma Bridge, Commando Bridge, Net Crawl, Wriggling, Tarzan Crossing etc. Valley Crossing post lunch. Dance, Bonfire and Dinner. Day 3: After breakfast members leave for Mussoorie. Post lunch walk at Mall Road and trek to Gun Hill Point. Dinner and Bonfire at camp Kanatal. Day 4: Early breakfast and trek to SurKanda Devi Temple. Depart for school after early Lunch. Arrive at school premises by 9 pm, followed by dispersal. The total cost of the programme is Rs 5500/- Kindly send the due amount either by cheque in favour of school’s name or cash and the written consent to the class teacher by 22nd May 2015.
