DRAGGINS CAR SHOW RULES
1.
a) All vehicles shall be in the building by 9:00 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2015 and shall be ready for display at 10:00 a.m. Friday.
(Building will be open at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2015 for competitors to set up vehicles and at 7:00 a.m. Friday).
b) Doors to open Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to the public.
c) Neither vehicles nor displays shall be removed until completion of the show at 10:00 p.m. April 4, 2015. All vehicles
and displays to be removed after show closes. (Building to be empty by 1:00 a.m. Sunday).
d) Vehicles must be pushed in and out of the building and no engines are to be started during show hours.
e) No sound system permitted.
f) Raffles, giveaways, advertising, selling and dispersing of literature of any kind is prohibited unless permission is
obtained from Show Officials.
2. Failure to obey above regulations will result in immediate disqualifications.
3. If wall space is needed for display (fire proof); please indicate on Entry Form.
4. Entrants shall assume full responsibility for THEFT or DAMAGE to their vehicles or for any MISHAP while vehicles
are being displayed. All vehicles should, for the protection of all parties concerned, be covered with FIRE, THEFT, and
COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE.
5. Each entrant will be required to sign a contract upon entering the building.
6. Two exhibitor passes will be allotted to each entry. A limited amount of additional exhibitor passes per exhibitor, valid for
the duration of the show, will be available at $5.00 each.
7. No unfinished (primered) vehicles unless permission is granted by car show officials.
8. PLEASE NOTE: The Saskatoon Police request that no liquor be kept or consumed in the building at any time, except in
licensed area.
9. Any advertising materials in displays will require prior approval from officials. (Example: no beverage advertising
allowed).
10. A 15 amp circuit will be supplied to each stall. Any additional power will have to be requested, and will be an extra
charge.

Judging is done numerically, then sheets are compiled and judge’s rulings are final.
Standards and ropes will be supplied.
Each contestant must supply their own lights and extension cords.
The Entry Committee will place vehicles in the building.
Tow money will be paid to out of town entries (from 100 km or over) at thirty (30¢) cents a km one
way. (Max. 1,500 km).
6. Entries must be in by March 21, 2015 at latest.
7. Entries will be accepted or rejected by mail one week before the Show.
8. 1st Priority will be given to entries with displays. If larger stall required please show on entry form.
9. Please notify Entry Committee within 48 hrs. of show date if you are unable to attend.
10. Late entries will be held and accepted only if there are any last minute cancellations.
11. We reserve the right to refuse any entry upon inspection at the door (money will be refunded).
12. Entries in by February 21, 2015 will qualify for the Early Bird Draw of $100.00 to be drawn for at the show.
