2015 Central Washington Custom Car & Cycle Show GENERAL INFORMATION Location: Yakima Convention Center 10 N 8th Street, Yakima, WA 98901 Move-in Day: March 13th from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Display Clean-up: Exhibitors will have one hour prior to each show on Saturday and Sunday. Exhibitors will clean up their displays after show. Show Schedule: Saturday, March 14th – 10 AM – 6 PM Sunday, March 15th – 10 AM – 6 PM Judging: Judging will be done by impartial specialists of the rod and custom world using a point system based on condition, originality, design, detail of finish workmanship, safety features and displays. Fire Regulation: Please arrive with as little gas as possible. All displays must be free standing and composed of fireproof materials. All battery cables must be disconnected and gas caps taped shut or locking caps used. Display Size: Standard size display area is 10x20 for cars and 10x10 for bikes. Passes: Two (2) exhibitor passes will be issued to each entry. Additional passes valid for the duration of the show will be available Friday night for $10 each, limit of 4, which are non-transferable and must be signed each day. All exhibitors receive show t-shirt and dash plaques. Stanchions & Rope: All exhibitors furnish their own stanchions, ropes and floor covering To Enter: Legibly complete the entry form and send with entry fee and one color photo (3/4 view suggested) to the address listed on the entry form. Photos will be returned after the show. You will be notified of your acceptance. The Central Washington Custom Car & Cycle Show reserves the right to refuse any entry. To facilitate show arrangements & avoid disappointment, please be prompt in sending in your entry, fee and photo. Classes: Rod, Custom, Classic, Rat Rod, Competition, Truck, Street Machine, Street Restored, Pro Street, Antique Restored, Exotic, Import, Low Rider, Custom Bike, Mild Bike, Radical Bike, Competition Bike, Best Overall Display, Long Distance, People’s Choice, and Best in Show Car & Bike Class Trophies & Awards: Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place and every entrant wil receive an award for participation. Special Awards for outstanding categories: paint, engineering, engines & interiors. Awards presentation will be held at 5 PM on Sunday. Signs: No commercial signs without prior written approval. For sale signs 6x10 only. No orange & black store bought signs – hand designed only. Entry Fee is $40.00 (per car/bike) Complete form and mail with check or money order to Renegade Raceway.
