DESCRIPTION
The C03W250N is a compact, high performance 3 dB quadrature hybrid that is specially designed for
W-LAN and MMDS applications. The device comes in a surface-mount package for easy circuit integration and
is manufactured to the highest quality standards. The materials used consider X and Y thermal expansion
coefficients and are compatible with most substrates. All parts are subjected to extensive testing and satisfy the
most stringent specifications with a 100% success rate.
SDP C03W250N SMT quadrature hybrid performance is guaranteed over the 2300-2700 MHz frequency range.
It features a very low insertion loss and VSWR along with high isolation. The device is capable of tight amplitude
and phase balance performance in addition to a high power rating. The 3 dB quadrature hybrid is well suited to
a variety of applications as listed above and briefly described in this document.
