Dubai World Cup Incentives
1. Travel
a. The Dubai Racing Club will provide air tickets to Dubai for the connections of overseas horses selected to participate in the Dubai World Cup, Dubai Duty Free, Dubai
Sheema Classic, Dubai Golden Shaheen, UAE Derby, Godolphin Mile, Dubai Gold Cup, Al Quoz Sprint and Dubai Kahayla Classic. Return business class air tickets on a
carrier designated by the Dubai Racing Club will be sent to the following connections:
i. Registered owner, up to 2 tickets
ii. Trainer, up to 2 tickets
iii. Jockey, one ticket
b. Only the above connections are eligible for travel concessions and the following restrictions apply:
i. In the event an owner has an interest in more than one runner, a maximum of two concessions will be granted – one for the connection and one for his / her spouse
/ partner. No additional concessions will be reallocated.
ii. In the event any connection fulfills more than one role (i.e. owner / trainer), a maximum of two concessions will be granted – one for the connection and one for his
/ her spouse / partner. No additional concessions will be reallocated.
iii. Owners, trainers or jockeys currently residing in the U.A.E. are not eligible for travel subsidies.
iv. In the event that trainers or jockeys have more than one horse participating at the DWC meeting, only one concession will be granted. No additional concessions
will be reallocated.
v. In the event a syndicate or group of owners has more than one horse participating at the DWC meeting, a nominated owner per horse will receive a maximum of two
concessions – one for the owner and one for his / her spouse / partner.
No additional concessions will be reallocated.
Please note concessions are not transferable.
Connections wishing to stay at hotels other than the Official Hotel will have to cover the cost and associated expenses.
2. Hotel Accommodation
a. Hotel accommodation, room only basis, will be provided at the Official Hotel. One room for a maximum of two persons will be provided to each of the following connections:
i. Registered owner, 5 nights
ii. Trainer, 5 nights
iii. Jockey, 4 nights
iv. Owners, trainers or jockeys residing in the U.A.E. are not eligible for the hotel accommodation subsidies.
b. Only the above accommodation concessions will be granted and the following restrictions apply:
i. Owners, trainers and jockeys wishing to be accommodated for a longer period than the number of nights listed above will cover the cost of any additional nights and
associated expenses themselves.
3. Transport Service
a. Transport between the following locations will be arranged by the Dubai Racing Club for owners, jockeys and trainers:
i. The Dubai International Airport and the Official Hotel.
ii. Meydan Racecourse for morning track work and the Dubai World Cup race meeting.
iii. The venues for official functions.
ASSISTANT TRAINERS, HEAD LADS, EXERCISE RIDERS AND GROOMS
1. Travel
a. Trainers/Staff will not be permitted to accompany horses on the flights.
2. Accommodation
a. Suitable modern accommodation will be provided either within the DRC Quarantine Stables, which have a limited number of fully furnished rooms plus dining facilities
or at a nearby hotel. Priority for accommodation at the DRC Quarantine Stables will be given to grooms arriving early and then to non-English speaking persons.
b. Breakfast will be provided for all staff at the DRC Quarantine Stables and dinner will be provided for residents only.
c. Staff accompanying horses already in Dubai for the 2015 Dubai World Cup Carnival and subsequently invited to run at the Dubai World Cup meeting will remain in the
accommodation supplied to them for the duration of the Dubai World Cup Carnival.
3. Transport
a. A shuttle bus service will be provided to transport staff from the hotel to Meydan Racecourse.
Note: Subsidies for horses invited to the Dubai World Cup meeting will not commence until Sunday, March 8, 2015.

2015 DUBAI WORLD CUP DAY NOMINATION FORM
Dubai World Cup Shipping Conditions
All shipping arrangements will be co-ordinated through Janah Management Co Ltd by their appointed shipping agents.
For horses invited to run on Dubai World Cup night, the Dubai Racing Club (DRC) will pay or provide for:
• The following expenses for overseas horses, for the duration of their stay in Dubai, prior to and including the running of all races on the Dubai World Cup programme:
a) feed, fodder, bedding, water and basic horse care products
b) shoeing (non-therapeutic)
• Please note that horses travelling from GCC countries will receive a travelling allowance based on the current commercial rate as determined by the Dubai World Cup Committee.
All horses will share a pallet, where possible, providing each horse with a stall and a half.
When tack and equipment cannot be accommodated within the pallet, all additional goods must fit into an LD3 container.
Any change from the transport arrangement suggested by the DRC which incurs additional cost will be at the owner’s expense. The shipping arrangements of all horses will be
organised by the DRC appointed shipping agents.
The DRC and its transport agents will not be liable for any death of or injury to any invited horses during transportation to and from the United Arab Emirates or while in the United
Arab Emirates.
Horses from the same region will, as far as possible, travel on the same flights.
The DRC will arrange and cover the normal costs of return transport by road from home stable to departure airport, and return air transportation to country of origin based on
existing cargo routes. However, any costs relating to a period spent in quarantine on return to their home country will be at the owner’s expense.
The DRC will not be responsible for horse insurance.
Connections should have their own insurance arrangements.
