In a nutshell: The new Aduna K90 compact class
is recommended for a wide variety of totally different requirements that combine economy and
the use of high-efficiency technologies.
A convincing feature: the large tank capacity.
The 1-bath version has a capacity of 925 liters
for cleaning medium. The 2-bath version has a
capacity of 575 liters for cleaning and 350 liters
for postprocessing. This is the basis for prolonged
medium service life and even greater efficiency.

Whether the requirements call for effective spray cleaning, or
spray-flooding/ultrasonic cleaning in a fully flooded cleaning
chamber: The various equipment variants of the Aduna K90
are capable of matching individual requirements optimally.
The standard version is fitted with a hatch door. Alternatively,
an automatic sliding door is the ideal solution if fully automated charging is ordered as an expansion option.

The workpieces are cleaned as standard by oscillating spray
jets and, on request, in fully flooded cleaning chambers by
high-turbulence spray-flooding function.
Optionally, the ultrasonic cleaning function also meets
maximum cleanliness requirements.
Drying takes place as standard by an impulse drying system
with heat coupling. A possible alternative is hot air drying in
a standard or jet version. Further optional equipment: bath
cleaning by means of the AdunaCARE bath cleaning module,
coalescence oil separator, and various filtration options;
demineralized water can be generated in an integrated ion
exchanger.
The Aduna K90 is also in a class of its own when it comes
to operation friendliness. The machine controller is easy to
program; programs can be generated on their own, and
program run is simple to trace.
As a result of the innovative arrangement of spray nozzle
arms, the Aduna K100 and Aduna K90 chamber cleaning
machines are fitted with oscillating spray jets. This standard feature guarantees the efficient cleaning of complex
part geometries, such as:
