The German Modern Pentathlon Federation has the pleasure to invite a delegation
of your country to participate in the International German Championships for
Men/Junior and Women/Junior that will be held in Berlin from May 15th to May 17th
2015 according to the following program (preliminary):

ACCOMODATION INFORMATION
60 EUR per person / per night double or triple room incl. breakfast (16./17.05.) and dinner
(15./16.05.), very limited numbers offered
Entry fee:
Athletes 100 EUR
Coaches 10 EUR during Competition a lunch buffett is offered at LLZ

ATHLETES’ LICENSES
Athletes are only allowed to participate in UIPM sanctioned events if they are in
possession of a valid UIPM issued athletes license. Entry Forms will not be accepted if
any athlete is missing his/her License Number. Please contact immediately UIPM
Headquarters if your athlete is missing his/her License. Pentathletes without riding
ability listed on their license card and without a letter from their NF confirming their
ability to ride may compete without riding.
RULES
The competition will be carried out according to the UIPM and DVMF rules.
Swimming: 25 m indoor pool
Combined: All athletes need to bring their own laser pistols. The LOC will NOT provide
laser pistols for the athletes.
EQUIPMENT CONTROL
The equipment control for fencing, riding headgear and shooting will be at the
competition venues.
INSURANCE
According to UIPM Rules all member of attending delegations should insure
themselves in case of accidental accidental injury or illness. The organizer will not
accept any responsibility financial or other, for any loss, injury or illness of any
member of the delegation.
FIREARMS
Firearms licenses are not a legal requirement when bringing air and CO2 pistols into
Germany for competition purposes.
