Day of Show entries will be accepted if the 50 entry limit is not reached by
closing. Note there will be an additional $5 charge for each Day of Show entry.
Permission has been granted by the Barn Hunt Association, LLC for the holding of these barn hunt tests
under the BHA Rules and Regulations.

The fun test will be held at Outback Agility – 5945 W. Ashlan Avenue, Fresno, CA 93722. Parking is
limited and carpooling is encouraged. Parking will be on the dirt lot and crating will be allowed on the
grass area. There are no trees or other forms of shade so please plan accordingly. No concessions are
available on-site. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Dynamic Dog Sports and
Outback Agility reserve the right to remove any individual for any reason from the premises. No refunds
will be issued. Exhibitors are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Barn Hunt Association,
LLC, Dynamic Dog Sports, and Outback Agility.

This event is open to all dogs 6 months of age or older. A BHA registration number IS NOT
required for the fun test.
Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate, and legible information on their entry forms.
All entries must be accompanied by entry fees to be valid. Entries where payment has not been
received within 2 days of receipt of the entry will be cancelled. A returned check does not
constitute a valid entry. There will be a $50 fee for all returned checks.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after the closing date or for entrants who are absent,
disqualified, excused or barred from competition by decision of Trial Committee or Outback
Agility.
Every attempt will be made to hold this event as scheduled. In the event of an “Act of God”
such as fire, flood, etc. the event may be cancelled. We will make every attempt to contact
entrants and will return all or part of the entry fees at our discretion.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children and/or guests. Any
exhibitor whose dogs, children and/or guests repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior
may be asked to leave the trial grounds. If that occurs, no refund on any entry will be made.
Dogs must be on leash and under control at all times while on the trial grounds except when in
the ring. Prong and electronic collars are NOT permitted on the trial grounds.
Exhibitors are responsible for being in the staging/blind area when it’s their turn to run.
Exhibitors must pick up after their dog(s).
Bitches in season are eligible for entry but must wear panties and will run at the end of their
class/trial. When not in the ring, they will be kept separate from all other dogs. If bringing a
bitch in season, please inform the Trial Secretary prior to the trial.
SMOKING is NOT allowed on the trial grounds.
Classes offered:
Trial grounds open at 7am and the trial will start PROMPTLY at 8am. Class order will be Instinct,
Novice 1, Novice 2, Open 1, and Open 2. Estimated start times will be used for this trial.
Dogs may enter both Instinct and Novice in the same trial.

I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual
owner whose name I have entered above. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree
to abide by the rules and regulations of the Barn Hunt Association, LLC in effect at the time of this event,
and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list for this event, and further
agree to be bound by the liability waiver enclosed with my entry. I (we) certify and represent that the
dog entered is not a hazard (dog or human aggressive) to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted
for acceptance on the foregoing representation and Agreement. I (we) agree to conduct myself
(ourselves) in accordance with all Barn Hunt Association, LLC Rules and Regulations and to abide by any
decisions made in accord with them.
LIABILITY WAIVER
I (we) agree that the club/party holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the
club/party shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the hold of this
event and of the opportunity to win prizes, ribbons, and or trophies, I (we) agree to hold Barn Hunt
Association, LLC, the event-giving club/party, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents or
event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are
necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any
BHA LLC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be
alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or
about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) hereby assume the sole
responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned
parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Additionally, I (we) hereby
assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties
harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by
law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at
any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on
account of damage to property arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event,
however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may
have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned
parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons.
MEDIA RELEASE FORM
I hereby authorize club-appointed videographer and/or photographer to use, reproduce, and/or publish
photographs and or video that may pertain to me, including my image, likeness and/or voice without
compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, public affairs
releases, recruitment materials, the BHA LLC website, yahoogroup or facebook page, or for other related
endeavors. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific recession of this
authorization. Consequently, the BHA, LLC or show-giving club/party may publish materials, use my
name, photograph, and/or make reference to me in any manner that the Corporation or project sponsor
deems appropriate in order to promote/publicize service opportunities.
