Inner City Youth Housing Project (ICHYP) A program of E4C Is looking for a skilled Part time Transitional Support worker Hours: Rotating schedule, Week One: Fri-Sun 2:30pm-10:30pm. Week Two: Sat-Sun 8:30am-4:30pm Details: Youth Housing Programs offers safe, supportive housing for youth experiencing addictions and homelessness. As a member of the Youth Housing Programs team, your primary responsibility will be to provide youth with the stability and supports necessary and assist them in meeting their goals toward independent living.
