HS players invite all sluggers (and families too!) to
come and join us at the:
2015 Eastlake Wolves
Home Run Derby Fundraiser
Saturday, April 25th, 1 to 5 pm
At Eastlake HS Baseball Field
• Register to Compete for:
– Division 1 – age 9 to 11 players
– Division 2 – age 12 to 14 players
– Division 3 – age 15+ players
v 1st & 2nd Place Awards for divisions 1, 2 and 3
– Adult / Coaches / Seniors Division
v Bragging Rights Awards
• All players receive a “Go Yard in Our Yard” T-shirt
• Lunch will be available for purchase from
Los Chilango’s Taco Truck
• 50/50 split the pot raffle too!

$20.00 player entry fee, paid upon arrival on derby day

No walk ups, capped divisions due to time constraints

Registration deadline is midnight Thursday 4-23-15.
Email must include participant name and current age.
You will receive a confirmation back guaranteeing you a
spot in the event! Sign up soon - division participants
are capped.

No refunds or rain checks, inclement weather may shorten
event, but unlikely.

Wood bats only for Division 3 players
Helmets required for all Division 1 and 2 players
Cleats are fine. Dress according to weather
