Auction Sponsorship Opportunities
This year we will be celebrating our 30th auction with the western theme, Rhinestones and
Wranglers. We would like to extend an invitation to your business to participate in this memorable
event.
Cash & Product Donations
Your cash or product donation will help us underwrite auction expenses and ensure quality live
item packages. We appreciate any donation, no matter the size. It is our hope that all current
families and friends of East Linn Christian will consider supporting the auction in whatever manner
they can.
Sponsorship Levels
Premiere Sponsor $1,000
Recognition as “Premiere Sponsor” in auction communication throughout the year and by the
Auctioneer during the live auction. Premiere seating for eight guests in the live auction, catered
meal, a full page ad in the auction catalog, business banner in the school gymnasium, sponsorship
acknowledgement on all advertising communication associated with the auction, and VIP express
check-out.
Heritage Sponsor $600
Recognition as “Heritage Sponsor” in auction communication, and by the auctioneer during the
live auction. Seating for eight guests in the live auction, catered meal, and recognition in auction
catalog.
Table Sponsor $300
Recognition as “Table Sponsor” on reserved table in live auction, reserved seating for eight, and
catered meal.
