performing arts destinations: New York & Chicago!
During Spring Break 2016, GWD Tours and Derrick Gronewold have
planned the ultimate in student travel! As a participant in the performing
arts, you are invited to attend. Here’s the important info:

When: March 11-20, 2016
Where: New York City & Chicago
What: Up to 9 Broadway shows! Up to 5 Chicago shows!
What else: Up to 20 other attractions and sights!
How much: Only $1,500
Included: Almost everything except meals & souvenirs (see back)
Already we have tickets to School of Rock, Phantom of the Opera, Hamilton, Avenue Q, Fiddler on the Roof, An American in Paris, The Color
Purple, Book of Mormon, Something Rotten, Les Mis, and more! Don’t
miss this chance to see more Broadway shows than the average person
sees in a lifetime!
Enrollment has started!
How do you sign up? Make a deposit of $400. The first bus has already
filled up and we are working on the second. Get your deposit in! Make
checks payable to GWD Tours LLC. Please call if you’d like to drop off
a check or payments can be mailed to: ATTN. Derrick Gronewold, GWD

After making your initial deposit, payments will be made every other
month. If you would prefer to pay early in one payment, you may do so.

call 316-993-6651. Derrick Gronewold has taken over 500 students to
New York and has a great deal of experience as a student travel guide.
Please note: Deposits and payments are immediately used to secure
tickets and reservations. Most New York theatres do not offer refunds
on purchased tickets. Refunds cannot be given unless someone else
agrees to take your place on the trip.

Booking Information
The GWD Tours LLC trip to New York and
Chicago will be led by Derrick Gronewold, who
has guided 8 previous large scale tours to New
York and other trips to Chicago, Florida, San
Diego, Dallas and the Twin Cities.
What is included in the tour price?
• Transportation via Village Charters
• Lodging at hotels with breakfast
• Tickets to up to 9 Broadway shows
• Tickets to additional shows in Chicago
• Admission to all museums and attractions
• A Tour Guide available 24 hours a day
What is not included?
• Meals other than hotel provided breakfasts
• Subway fares
• Required drink purchase at Second City
• Souvenirs
Signing Up
Each bus can take 40 travelers. Once one
bus is full, additional travelers will be put on a
waiting list until the second bus is full.
Rooming is in groups of 4, all of the same
sex. There is not space to take extras beyond
the rooms of four. As the group approaches the
40 traveler cut-off, some may be put on the
waiting list until a room is filled with 4.
Spots may not be reserved on the tour without making a deposit. If you have difficulty with
a deposit/payment, PLEASE contact Derrick
at 316-993-6651. We can work out a payment
plan.
Responsibility
The New York/Chicago Tour is offered by
GWD Tours LLC, 1102 N. Lark Ln., Wichita, KS
67212. As is common with our tour providers,
GWD performs the role of agent for tour participants in arranging, reserving and sponsoring
the various transportation, accommodations
and attractions during the course of the tour
and assumes no responsibility nor liabilities
with regard to service of motor coach vehicles,
subways, trams, or other transportation, restaurants, theatres, museums, attractions, or
public spaces used during the tour. This includes no liability for lost or damaged luggage
or personal property.
GWD reserves the right to make changes
in itinerary or to change tour arrangements for
tour participants. The travelers on the New York
tour acknowledge at the time of joining the tour
group, by making the initial deposit, that they
designate and accept GWD as the agent of the
tour group for the purpose of arranging transportation, hotel accommodations and tickets
to theatrical performances and museums.
GWD reserves the right to reject any person
from the tour whom the tour directors consider
disruptive to the completion of the tour.
