A Limited Party is a Toll Charger that has signed an adhesion agreement to the EasyGo
Joint Venture Agreement instead of the JVA itself. It is not represented in the EasyGo
steering committee and the other groups described in Annex 1.1. Toll Chargers being
represented in the EasyGo steering committee are referred to as “General Parties”.
