ESSEX COUNTY EDUCATION ASSOCIATION Bargaining & Organizing Esther Innis, Chairperson presents Collective Bargaining Committee (CBC) SALARY GUIDE WORKSHOP This workshop will help participants understand salary guide terminology, incremental costs and salary guide movement. “Best Practices” for salary guide development will also be discussed.
