Space will come equipped with a tent w/ 4 walls, tables, and chairs
Vendors will be required to sign-out with PSP on all rental equipment used during the event and be
billed directly for any losses or damages. All 10 x 10, 10 x 20 and 10 x 30 tents will be PSP branded.

Power
The following covers each day of the event. If power is needed overnight, additional costs
will be incurred.

Conditions
1) All vendors are required to notify PSP of special promotions at their booth. PSP reserves
the right to disallow any promotion or event that it deems inappropriate for the
presentation of our sport to the public.
2) PSP reserves the right to modify any aspect of this vendor agreement in order to satisfy
specific contractual obligations or restrictions within the venue.
3) Vendors may not sublease their booth space and cannot merge any other product lines
into their booth unless they are an exclusive dealer of that product.
4) PSP will give reasonable notice for any required logos, ads, or information needed to help
promote the vendor.
5) Booth space is limited at each of our events. It will be available on a first come, first serve
basis according to balances paid. Only paid vendors will be confirmed for the event.
6) Paint distribution rights are reserved for our Platinum and Gold sponsors and may not be
sold through any other size booth.
7) All applications must be submitted no later than July 27, 2010.
*Also, please note that all vendors will be required to carry general liability insurance for the event
which names both Paintball Sports Promotions LLC and PSP Events LLC as additionally insured.
Proof of insurance must be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to (248) 869 6023 no
later than July 27, 2010.

Important Information Regarding 2010 PSP Events
1. S h I p p i n g

Rock Hill, SC 29730. Shipments may not arrive before the Monday prior to the
event.
All shipments must be picked up the Monday following an event. Vendors are
responsible for providing the shipping company with all necessary information
including but not limited to: address, company name, contact name and phone
number. PSP will be in no way responsible for shipments being picked up or left
beyond the given pick-up date. PSP only ship out freight, not packages through
UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.
2. M o v e – I n / M o v e – o u t
Trucks can start arriving on Monday August 9 and need to be offsite by Tuesday
August 17. Vendors setting up their own tents must have the tent up by
Thursday August 12, 2010 (can start as early as Wednesday August 11). All
tents that we supply will be ready by the 11th. All vendors need to call Camille
Lemanski upon arrival for check-in. All booths should be open with set-up
completed by noon on Thursday, August 12, 2010.
3. S t o r a g e U n I t s
PODS will be allowed onsite but vendor must notify PSP of drop-off time for the
unit as well as pick-up time on the Monday following the event at least two weeks
prior to the event. PSP will reserve the right to have the drop-off times changed
as necessary for a smoother set-up process onsite. All PODS units must be
dropped off on Monday August 9th and picked up on Monday August 16th.
4. S e c u r I t y
Overnight security will be provided at all PSP events throughout the
season. If a vendor wishes to hire additional security for either day or
night, they will be required to go through the company contracted by PSP.
Also, no camping or sleeping onsite at any event will be allowed unless
otherwise noted.
