“DRAW YOUR LINE IN THE CONTOUR OF HAPPINESS”
COMPETITION TERMS
The competition: ONE DESIGN WEEK and Coca-Cola extend a call for participation in the
competition “Draw Your Line in the Contour of Happiness with Coca-Cola” to high school
and university students from the applied arts and design disciplines, and to all
professional designers.
Coca-Cola's contour bottle celebrates it's 100th anniversary this year. Inspired by
its iconic design, the organizers challenge contemporary artists to interpret the
legendary drink in a three-dimensional design object, graphic print, digital image,
motion graphics, sound design or installation.
1. Terms and conditions
Eligible for participation are authors above 15 years of age. Each participant is allowed to submit
one application. Artistic collectives of one or more members are also eligible to apply. To enter
the competition, download the form and e-mail the following information to
[email protected]:
 Brief information about the author/artistic collective – names, contact number and email (800 characters), artistic concept of the submitted work (800 characters), and
technical specifications of the submitted work (if necessary).
 A file containing audio or visual information about the submitted work (10 MB).
The deadline for submission is June 11, Saturday, 23:59 (GMT+3)
 Authors retain the copyrights for the works they submit to the competition;
 The author of the first-prize winning project grants Coca-Cola the right to use that work
for promotion purposes;
 All text, photographic, audio and video material produced in relation to the competition
and the exhibition of selected works from the competition will be used by the organizers
– ONE DESIGN WEEK and Coca-Cola, with proper attribution and credit to the festival,
the competition theme, the author and the title of the work;
 By submitting an application to the competition, authors declare they own the copyright
for the work they submit;
 By submitting an application to the competition, authors declare they accept the
Competition Terms and Conditions;
 By submitting an application to the competition, authors agree with the decision of the
jury, which is final and not subject to further review.
IMPORTANT: The organizers will not accept into the competition applications which:
 have been submitted after June 11, Saturday, 23:59 (GMT+3);
 are more than one per artist or artistic collective;
 do not contain a file with brief information about the artist/artistic collective – names,
contact number and e-mail (800 characters), artistic concept of the submitted work (800
characters), and technical specifications of the submitted work (if necessary);
 do not contain a file with visual and/or audio information about the submitted work;
 contain obscene and/or insulting texts, and images implying and/or depicting violence,
ethnic, religious, political or racial intolerance, discrimination, etc.

Jury: A six-member jury will evaluate all applications submitted to the competition.
The selected works will be presented in the exhibition “Draw Your Line in the Contour
of Happiness with Coca-Cola” during ONE DESIGN WEEK 2015. The members of the jury
are:

Prizes: Selection for participation in the concluding exhibition of the same name during
ONE DESIGN WEEK 2015, between June 19 and 28.

Grand prize: Nikon's latest DSLR camera: Nikon D5500 + 18-55 mm VR lens.
5. Timeline:
May 13 – official start of the competition
June 11, 23:59 – deadline for submission of applications to the competition
June 12 – selected works announced
June 19 – 28 – exhibition during ONE DESIGN WEEK 2015 and award ceremony for the
competition “Draw Your Line in the Contour of Happiness with Coca-Cola”.
