European Football Qualification Draws
Saturday 13th June 2015
Dear EDSO Members,
Thank you for your application, there were 16 applications.
Draw Procedures for 2015-2016 Football Qualification
• 15 men teams will participate in the 2015-2016 Men Football Qualification.
• 6 women teams will go directly to Deaflympics 2017.
• The host country, Turkey elected not to enter the 2015 - 2016 Football Qualification for men.
Allocation of Men Groups
In accordance to the EDSO Football Rankings (See attached),
•
First five teams will be place in Pot 1 as seeded:
Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Ireland and Greece
•
Second five teams will be place in Pot 2 as second seeded:
Great Britain, France, Poland, Belgium and Italy
•
Third five teams will be place in Pot 3:
Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Czech Republic and Spain
Drawing Men Teams from Pot
1. The 15 teams will be divided into 5 groups of 3 teams. (see attached, EDSO Football
Grouping).
2.
The host country, Turkey is elected not to enter 2015-2016 European Football
Qualification as they are automatic qualify for the Final Competition 2017 in Samcun,
Turkey.

Annexe to Technical Regulation
1. All Group Stage matches MUST be play from 1st September 2015 until 29th October 2016,
2. Group Stage (3 teams) shall be play in that order
A1 v A2,
Date:
05/09/2015-25/10/2015
A2 v A3,
A3 v A1
05/03/2016 – 30/04/2016
03/09/2016 – 30/10/2016
3. You may deviate from said date as long the order of the matches is not affected and with
the approval of EDSO TC Football
4. Top teams from each Group, after the outcome of the Qualification Stage shall be qualifying
for the Final Competition in Samcun, Turkey.
5. Remaining 2 teams shall be from second place, and, based on the highest place in EDSO
Ranking will go through.
Reminder:
Participation fee = €100 to be paid.
Withdraw after the Draw = €5000,
plus any loss incur against the offending team
The Draw for the EDSO 2015 Football Qualification will take place on Saturday 13th June 2015 at
19.45h (CET) in Hannover, in the Akademie des Sports, after 1st technical meeting for EC. It will be
shown live on the Internet.
