system and routing number. You will be notified before any

Notify us if you will be using your

If you’re taking a much-needed vacation this summer and
traveling out of the area, please let us know. That way you’ll
avoid inconvenient declines or holds on your credit or debit
cards that you have with us.

Gleaners Food Bank Drive
Starting in July, our Ypsilanti office will be
undergoing major renovations. Some member
activity may be conducted in a specially
designed trailer, including drive-up service.
We expect to remain open throughout the
renovation process of up to 6 months.
There are local families that need
help putting food on the table
all year long, not just during the
holidays. That’s why People Driven
Credit Union takes part in Feds Feed
Families. Since it began in 2009,
Feds Feed Families has collected
24.1 million pounds of food
and other non-perishable
items nationwide.

While federal employees are
encouraged to participate, you
don’t have to be one to donate
to our food drive. Everything we
collect benefits Gleaners Food Bank
of Southeastern Michigan. We’re
accepting donations at all branches,

food items and cash donations.

Friday, August 29.
Meet “Jill”
Our Improved ATM/Debit Card Fraud
Detection & Notification System
With the assistance of Co-Op Services, we are upgrading our Fraud Detection
and Notification System. The new system will provide quicker notification to our
members when fraud is suspected on their accounts.
You may receive a call from “Jill,” our automated call assistant, asking you to verify
recent transactions on your account. Please work with her to answer questions
regarding recent card activity. You will not be asked to provide your account identification information;
this call will only ask you to verify recent transactions made with your ATM or debit card.
If you identify the suspicious transactions as fraudulent, “Jill” will transfer your call to our live member support
team to help you take the necessary precautions to protect your cards and related accounts.
If you identify recent activity as legitimate, you will be able to close the case with “Jill” using your touch-tone phone.
