The Babylonians first converted wine into
vinegar using date palms, grapes, and

bad cholesterol and regulate blood pressure. Potassium also
helps eliminate toxic wastes from the body. Beta-carotene helps
counter damage caused by free radicals, and is said to help
one maintain a more youthful appearance.
