8MBA CLEAN TEAM CAMPAIGN (CLEAN THE D)
8MBA’s Clean Team Campaign is a corridor-wide, community led service effort. Headlined by our Clean
The D event, we will pull over 500 volunteers each year from high schools, businesses, churches, block
clubs and other civic groups throughout the region. Our volunteers plant flowers, paint buildings,
remove litter/graffiti and more. Afterward, participants become Eight Mile Ambassadors, having invested sweat equity in making the corridor a better, cleaner place. Your support helps us grow the impact
of volunteer elbow grease, while also funding large scale blight removal, median gardens and more.
