Students across campus are invited to participate in a space that aims to discuss various topics of sustainability in regards to food. The topic we want to focus on is “What Does It Mean to Eat?” Addressing the social and environmental impacts of the food systems. With the guidance of experts in the field, this event aims to spark questions about our relation to food and understand ways of improvement. College Eight [email protected] The Sustainable Food Choice Fair highlights the idea of food choices and their impact on the environment. Through interactive stations we hope to highlight the themes mentioned earlier in these stations where students can participate in activities that relate to real life issues and decisions.
